Appointment was at 11.. she rushed me in and out with no consult (5 min appt) - plucked my eyebrows and "tinted" them. Charged me $145 when I have texts that she said $100. It's been about 1 week and my eyebrows are completely back to normal and apparently the tint lasts for "6-8 weeks".
