I can't speak on behalf of their work because I did not get to that point in the project. I recommend getting back to people and if you are too busy just let them know. There is lots of talk about the economy not doing well due to the pandemic, so it's good to see a company being very busy and that also allows me to give my business to other companies that need the work. I say this in a very non-sarcastic manner. This overall score is not based on the workmanship of the company, but on the customer service, which is a big part of any business whether you like it or not.

Consider this as glowing of a review as one can get. Rich was absolutely great…read more I moved into my new home at the end of August with two masonry projects on tap: patching up a crack in the basement wall and giving our outside retaining wall some real TLC. Not only did Rich take the time to explain to me what was happening behind the surface of both areas, he patiently answered all of my uneducated questions regarding what he was planning on doing. By the time all my questions were answered, I knew he would do an awesome job. The kicker to all of this, is out of the four different quotes I received, he was the lowest by a good margin. And what an awesome job it was. The retaining wall looks practically new and it was built in the 50s! Even my father-in-law gave it his stamp of approval...and I'm still working on getting mine... If you need any masonry work done, Rich is definitely the guy you need to call. Guaranteed you'll love his work as much as I did.

I had my kitchen renovated while living in my unit. The workers did their best to remain unobtrusive, and they timed the project so that I could use my kitchen almost the entire time. Adam's prices were extremely reasonable. I appreciated that, when I made a few last-minute requests on project changes, he was flexible. My favorite thing is that Adam gave me a lot of peace-of-mind -- I am a huge worrywart, and I probably sent Adam an email every day (on average) to follow-up on the status of the project. Adam replied to every email and call very patiently and was always very communicative. You really can't ask for more. Highly recommended; I won't hesitate to call Adam again when I need more renovations done. Thanks Adam!

I hired Liberty Construction for a bathroom remodel and this crew from Liberty in Auburn lied about the install of mostly every aspect of the scope of work. After I caught contractor Jerris, contractor Jay and worker James in multiple lies I called the town hall building inspector Gary Allard to come down and inspect. After the building inspector Gary Allard inspected Liberty's work, the building inspector had Liberty Construction rip out everything down to the stud and start over again. This totally incompetent crew and liars were fired for shoddy work and trying to cover up the improperly installed scope of work. On the second day, he arrived late again, at 6pm and didn't compete the job. I called 99 twice to have the wall fixed, emailed them twice, and sent them two facebook messages asking them to fix their work. They stuck me with a half-finished, warped wall, which had to be completely re-done. See my pics of their horrible work and horrible customer service. Do not use 99 Handy. Update 12/20/2016 - 99 has not reimbursed me, as they claim in their below response. They were also untruthful about the materials purchased. The weekend before he was scheduled to arrive, Stephanie contacted me to say that Paul was too busy to come on Monday and it would have to be pushed to Tuesday. I explained that I was moving and that Monday would be better since I need to get it fixed. She insisted that he had to come on Tuesday, and told me that he had time to both provide an estimate and both fix the fan on Tuesday. I left work early in order to get home for Paul to arrive at 6:30 PM. He never showed up. I emailed Stephanie around 7 PM and she told me that her she had emailed me but "it must have gotten caught in her outbox", but that Paul had gotten caught up in the previous job and wouldn't be able to come. I explained, again, that I would be moving and needed this fixed. Stephanie told me she didn't know what I was talking about, that even if Paul could come provide an estimate he wouldn't be able to fix it. I responded back with a screenshot of Stephanie telling me he could both provide an estimate and fix it in one day. Stephanie then promised me that Paul would arrive at 6 AM the next day to fix it. I was very clear, again, with Stephanie that my movers were coming at 7 AM and he had to be on time since I was leaving. I got up super early to be ready for his arrival... and he arrived at 7:15 AM, an hour and 15 minutes late, as my movers were in the midst of moving. He did tell me what the problem was, but said he'd have to come back and fix it. I told him he'd have to coordinate with my tenant who was moving in. I connected Stephanie and Paul with my tenant. She scheduled two times for him to come fix the issue and both times, he never showed without notice. Finally my tenant emailed Stephanie and Stephanie responded that she no longer works for 99 Handy. I texted Paul twice last week asking him to please fix the gaping hole in my bathroom wall, and got no response. Please stay away at all costs. I don't know how anyone could possibly give them a good review. And Paul, please feel free to respond to my texts.

I had no desire to use stolen property to renovate mine. Our property was in NH.

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!! Highly NOT RECOMMEND him!…read more To be fair, I started with his good points, the contractors left my place nice and clean after finishing their job everyday. The masonry was built in the perfect straight line as it should be. I like that, and that's the only two pros of this operator. Actually there are a few more cons about what their works, but I select only two points which really upset me. First Cons, compared to what they did, it's terribly overpriced! We called 5 different companies to discuss restoration of my masonry and estimate the cost. All of them estimated the range of the cost from 2000-3200$ for rebuilding the masonry only. When we first talked to Steve at the beginning, he told us that it'd help and prevent lots of problems in the future if he can install the drainage system in our new masonry which total costs 4500$ for restoration + waterproofing + drainage, so it won't be damaged easily later. We're willing to pay this cost, as the drainage system sounds wonderful and he seemed to know his job well. He didn't tell us exactly what the new drainage will look like, but we let him do it, since we first believed him that he's professional. They took a few days to complete. The day before the final day, Steven came to check and asked us to pay the last 70% payment. We noticed that the constructors rebuilt only the masonry, but nothing else. I'm afraid that he might forget about the waterproofing + drainage, so we reminded him what he promised. Steven said "Oh yeah? did I say that too?". Well, I don't really appreciate the way he responded, it sounded like he didn't know what he promised to do, it's not a very professional manner. Then on the final day, the constructors said they were done with their work, I went there to check the final result. I asked the constructors if he put the waterproofing on our masonry, one of them rolled his eyes to us and threw the same question on his colleague instead. His colleague seemed unsatisfied that I reminded them of these, and he said "OK, I can do it". I mean WHAT IS THIS?? They didn't know what they needed to do? And it sounded like we asked them to do extra work which is not. This is not a professional way at all. It's like if we had not enough time to keep our eyes on every single step, all of them tend to forget and skip what we are supposed to get. I don't know if they're genuinely forgetful only this time or if they always did this to every busy house owner, but I'm not appreciate that at all. However, that is not the worst part of my experience yet. Secondly, my worst part is his drainage! When I saw their new drainage system, I was shocked, didn't know if I should start laughing or crying first! It's completely ridiculous, I don't know how they called it 'drainage system'. They just simply removed my old small higher drain pipe, and replaced it with a bigger pipe at the lower position, that's it! (I don't have a photo of my original pipe, but it looks exactly the same as the next one to it.) I wanted to cry and laugh at the same time. They did what they said, but the way they did it is not what I expected at all. From the front, when concrete is completely dried, it's not even look neat, especially when compared to other construction companies, I paid +1300$ extra for his drainage system!! This is totally ridiculous. In conclusion, I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THEM at all. I paid total of 4,500$ for 1'x1'x31' masonry rebuilding + drainage. It's such a small job with a high price but I still didn't get professional service. Extremely disappointed. My personal advice is please hire other companies, especially for the home owners who don't have much time to follow up their work everyday.
