He's an unbelievable talent who is also soft spoken and humble about his work. I know all the artists there are excellent, but if you're looking for something big, he's awesome. He worked for 6 hours on my arm. Got it done in one session, and because he is so good, pain was minimal and after care was painless (which surprised me). I waited 43 years to feel confident enough to get a tattoo. Anthony was the perfect artist for me and I can't wait to get back in there for the next one. I almost never write reviews like this but just want to make sure Anthony and Venture get their due respect from me after my experience there. Thanks. See you guys in October!

Chrissy, the OWNER, personally did both our piercings, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Chrissy made us feel welcomed, comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. She took her time, not just with us, but her clients before us. That let me know we were in great care. She extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and attentive. She took her time with both of us, explained the process answered our questions, and made sure we were completely comfortable every step of the way. Nothing felt rushed. Her calm welcoming personality made the entire experience enjoyable, and you can tell that she genuinely loves what she does and cares about the people she serves. The cleanliness and professionalism of the shop also stood out to me. Everything was handled with care, and Chrissy attention to detail gave us complete confidence that we were in great hands. The entire experience deserves recognition. Not just piercing themselves. Exceptional customer service started the minute we walked through the door. Chrissy treated us like more than customers, and that personal touch made our experience even more memorable. I did wait about 3 minutes before anyone even approached us at the counter, so that was awkward, and I recommend that staff at least greet costumers right away. I went for the $25 piercing sale. I didn't realize that it was $25/ear, so maybe for the future they should write that in the fine print as I bet like myself, not everyone is aware of that. The jewelry is included in the price which is nice. You don't get to pick any type of option for jewelry- it's a standard diamond/stainless (or titanium?? Not sure). They asked to see my daughters birth certificate as well as my ID. The lady helping us at the counter was very polite, professional and warm. The piecer was wonderful and very kind to my child. She gave her a headband and candy at the end. Overall, the staff were all wonderful. The piercing went quick and smoothly. If I needed another piercing, I would come here again!
