I did wait about 3 minutes before anyone even approached us at the counter, so that was awkward, and I recommend that staff at least greet costumers right away. I went for the $25 piercing sale. I didn't realize that it was $25/ear, so maybe for the future they should write that in the fine print as I bet like myself, not everyone is aware of that. The jewelry is included in the price which is nice. You don't get to pick any type of option for jewelry- it's a standard diamond/stainless (or titanium?? Not sure). They asked to see my daughters birth certificate as well as my ID. The lady helping us at the counter was very polite, professional and warm. The piecer was wonderful and very kind to my child. She gave her a headband and candy at the end. Overall, the staff were all wonderful. The piercing went quick and smoothly. If I needed another piercing, I would come here again!
