It's been a minute since I've been to Bertucci's, but I'm glad to see that their pizza is still good. The restaurant was busy this particular Friday night, but we were still seated within a reasonable 30-25 minutes. So on with it... the pizza was good. My friend and I both ordered small pizzas - she got the Tuscan vegetable with eggplant and other stuff. Mine was essentially the same - with chicken and no eggplant. I enjoyed both. Toppings were perfectly roasted and flavorful. Crust was thin with the right amount of crispy and chewy. Good service too. Our server Wayne was friendly and attentive.

I used to come here on the regular years ago. It had a great brick oven Pizza, but lately both the quality of the ingredients as well as the quality of the service has degraded. The mozzarella is tasteless, and the once satisfying chunky tomato sauce now tastes nearly as sour as lemons. The crust can range from its original satisfying airiness to the thin, more bland crust edges that have no depth. The sauce and the cheese EASILY fall off of the pizza if you're not careful. Be ready to experience intense hand burns from sliding sauce and toppings. The customer service was poor. The manager here (who I haven't seen in some time) blatantly lied to me after we (a family member and I) waited over an hour for our pizza, saying that it was only 15 minutes and contradicting our accurate count of time. (The method involved recalling back to the time of arrival as we were seated quickly, and the time it was when we began to complain.) The manager had an arrogant tone, defending his contradictory statements while placing the burden of responsibility on us for leaving when the pizza was just made. This establishment is a disappointment and it appears that its hiring practices prefer quantity over quality while also disrespecting its own legacy.

Wings were fine. Shrimp Rossini was okay as is but benefitted from extra seasonings the server brought.

Floors are in need of repair.

Oh how I miss the golden days of Bertucci's. Hubby and I brought the kids here since they were babies, and we all still love the brick oven style pizza they are famous for. This location and the Columbia one are the most popular in the Baltimore area. In 2018, Bertucci's filed for Ch.11 and we are prepared for the worst. I was happy to hear that they were sold and continued to hang in there. But since this time, the building has taken a real dive--from the outside in. As you pull into the parking lot, you will see a building that could use a fresh coat of paint and awnings that are covered in black grime. A power wash might help. The floor between the double door entryway is in terrible shape. The foyer is run down. The tables are well worn and the carpet is too. The rest rooms have seen much better days. Not many customers were here on their "Two for Tuesday" night. I still don't know how they are staying afloat. It's gotta be the carry out that is carrying them. They have a pretty extensive menu of Italian dishes ( think Olive Garden), but the pizza is the main event here. This time, the service was great-we have had this young waiter before and he's excellent. Bread was fresh this time (recently it's been hit or miss). The salad was just okay; they've always skimped on the tomato and cucumbers while overloading you with lettuce. The pizzas--one was to take home were correctly made and as tasty as they should be. The waiter timed the take home order do it was ready to go when we were. It's really sad to see the place looking this worn and in need of a makeover. Maybe COVID has continued to hurt sales, and the store esthetics will have to take a backseat while they try desperately to keep doors open. Yes, we are loyal to Bertucci's pizza. But if it gets much worse, I'm not sure if I will want to dine inside.

Inside looks clean... service is dry... food is borderline okay. The complimentary rolls were fresh and hot. I asked for ranch and they said they were out of it smh... I ordered a cheese pizza. I'd rather buy a frozen pizza next time. My friend ordered lasagna and was not excited about it. Waste of money... very overpriced

We met friends for dinner on a Saturday evening. First, we like BYOB with no corkage fee. They were very busy, so we were glad that we came a little early so that we only had to wait a few minutes to secure a booth. My husband and I split a Prosciutto & Mozzarella Classic 10 inch N.Y. Sub, which was loaded with thinly sliced Italian prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, mayo spread, and a drizzle of balsamic with a side order of French fries. This is truly a sub full of flavor. Our friend started off with an Arancino. If you are wondering what an Arancino is, it is an iconic Sicilian rice ball, typically stuffed, breaded, and deep-fried to a golden crisp that has been around since the 10th century. Here at Tony's, they are a flash fried rice ball, stuffed with ground beef, peas and mozzarella with tomato sauce on the side. He also had a Stromboli (a pizza dough stuffed and rolled with pepperoni, sausage, ham, fried onions, green peppers, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.) His wife enjoyed the Eggplant Parmesan (three pan-fried Italian eggplant pieces covered with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, baked to perfection, served with spaghetti.) Both dishes were generous in size. We all thoroughly enjoyed being transported to Italy this evening.

Butter chicken (Chicken Makhani): tender Chicken Cooked in a Creamy, Buttery Tomato Gravy with Mild Spices. I may have some of the leftovers tonight for dinner, if I'm lucky. Butter Chicken Pizza: A Rich and Savory Fusion Topped with Creamy Butter Chicken, Mozzarella Cheese and a Hint of Indian Spices on a Golden Baked Crust. $16.99+ --- WOW!!! just amazing. Great, crisp crust. Tender Chicken. A side cup of butter chicken sauce. This is the item that won my heart. Tandoori Shrimp: jumbo shrimps marinated with yogurt, ginger, garlic & Indian spice $18.99 --- delicious... we received two mystery sauces: one an herbaceous slightly spicy green, the other a dark purple with a flavor that reminded me of plums or raisins. I don't know if these were meant for the shrimp, but I really liked the flavor combination of the shrimp with the purple sauce. I only got one though, cuz Jeremy housed them before I could snag a second. Unfortunately, the food missed the mark in a few important ways. Despite selecting the lowest spice level, some dishes were almost impossible to eat because they were simply too spicy. The curry was especially disappointing. It was not only far too spicy for the lowest spice level, but also quite salty, which made it difficult to actually enjoy. What a shame when you are looking forward to a dish and the spice level overwhelms everything else. The Chicken 65 was just okay and, again, much too spicy for the lowest setting. The batter also completely fell off the chicken, which made the dish feel rather pointless. The lamb had the same issue with the spice level. The butter chicken, however, was good. It was actually the first dish where it felt like the chef paid attention to the spice level we selected. We also tried the chicken masala pizza. The pizza itself was decent, but the chicken on top was disappointing. It was very rubbery and tasted almost like chicken from a previous day that had been reused on the pizza as an afterthought. Overall, there is definitely potential here, and some of the food was good. But the experience could have been much better simply by respecting the requested spice level and paying more attention to the quality and preparation of the chicken. When a customer selects the lowest spice level, the food shouldn't be so spicy that they can't enjoy it.
