It's American and Italian, so you know the portions are gonna be big. I honestly think the pasta entrees are the best bang for your buck, as they come with a salad (big) and garlic bread (yum). I always leave here stuffed! If you're not sure what to get, you can trust the staff to steer you in the right direction. Extremely disappointing experience with management. I ordered the lasagna, and unfortunately, there was hair in my food. When the "General Manager," Robert, came over, I explained that there was hair in my lasagna. His response was to simply take the plate, set it to the side, and ask my husband if he was okay. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of what had happened, and no concern expressed about the fact that I had just been served food with hair in it. He then walked away. What made the situation even more disappointing was that Robert proceeded to have a roughly 7-minute conversation with another table before coming back to us. When he finally returned, instead of taking accountability or apologizing, he explained that the lasagna is "pre-packaged" and suggested that the plastic covering must have melted into the food because his "guys" wear hairnets. The problem is, it wasn't plastic in my food--it was hair. Regardless of whether the lasagna is pre-packaged or the employees wear hairnets, I was served food containing hair. I expected a manager to acknowledge the situation, apologize, and take the complaint seriously. After finishing his conversation with the other table, Robert eventually asked, "Can I get you a drink on me?" I declined and said no thank you. His response was simply, "Okay, sis," before walking away. The entire interaction felt abrupt, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. I had actually heard from other friends who have visited Rosario's that Robert was not particularly friendly or customer-focused, but I had never experienced it myself. Unfortunately, I got to see it firsthand today. Jaime, our waiter, was the bright spot of the experience. He was awesome and provided great customer service. Honestly, Robert could take a page out of Jaime's customer-service book. I've eaten at places such as the Venetian, Valentino's, and Italiano's, and I have never experienced this type of response from someone who is supposed to be a General Manager. Mistakes with food can happen, but how management handles those mistakes matters just as much as the mistake itself. I hope Robert receives some additional customer-service or customer-relations training, because customers deserve to feel heard and respected when they bring a legitimate concern to management. read more

The place was almost empty on a Friday afternoon. My server was Joanne. She's loud & honest & we loved her. We got season Cajun chicken Alfredo, shrimp parm and Italian branzino. At lunchtime on a holiday, they were not busy, so we had really good service. Our server brought out some homemade bread sticks with warm marinara sauce. It was really good. In addition, she was on the spot and knew the menu very well after we asked: What does this place do well. Her answer was the steaks and the crabcakes. If we order steak, and we order ribeyes, which was not on the menu. My husband ordered the double meat sub with cheddar. The meat was sliced ribeye and not Steakums. The bread portion was very fresh. I ordered a med rare cheeseburger with provolone, raw onions, and crispy bacon. They cooked it to med well, it was ok, I would not order it again, it lacked flavor. Salt helped. It might have been a less fat grade of meat. My lunch came with French fries and coleslaw. I asked the server if they were just plain fries or coated, and she said they were the plain ones, no coating. Well, they had coating. If there is a next time, I'll opt for something else. My family and I ordered delivery via door dash on a rainy Sunday evening. I'd read and heard mixed reviews, but the good outweighed the bad so I ordered. The delivery came in the expected time and everything was prepared as requested, labeled and packaged well. The servers accommodated my family and I while waiting for my whole party to arrive. We were celebrating my brother's birthday. Our server Brian was great. He took our order as we wanted. Entered this restaurant about 2pm on a Monday. The dining area was completely empty. I wasn't sure what to think because this was my first time dining here. We were greeted and seated right away. My son and I were dining here for his 30th birthday. We were given menus to look over. They bought glasses of water to the table as well. Our drink order was taken. My son ordered a medium well t-bone steak which came with two onion rings on top and he had cheese fettuccine as his side. While we were waiting for the food to come out we received complimentary warm bread and marinara sauce. The dining room was very spacious. My son said he picked the wrong seat because a cartoon was playing on the tv closest to us. Lol. I'm sure they would have changed it if we had asked but, it was no big issue. We enjoyed all of our food. We both had leftovers because the portions were large. We didn't choose to get a dessert however, I did order a strawberry shortcake slushie (alcoholic beverage) with whipped cream on the top and it was delicious. I then asked for the check. When the server bought it back he immediately gave it to my son. I politely told him that I would be paying because it was my son's birthday. We all giggled. Before, we headed out our server along with another employee we're bringing my son out a slice of complimentary cheesecake for his birthday and they sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY. We waited for the time to turn over and ordered us two drinks; lemon drop martini and a rum and coke. Both drinks were great! The mozzarella sticks were great. I also had a small Caesar salad. My sisters mac and cheese was runny and clearly some type of velveeta..yuck. They did replace the mac and cheese with a baked potato. The food besides that was its normal great. The ambiance/atmosphere is still a bit noisy however its moms day. The manager finally came over , seems ge was naking his rounds . He gave out complimentary sangria and cream of crab soup. I appreciate that, and both were good. Good customer service goes a long way, and this manager ( Richard or Robert) is always personable . He can't prevent every issue. The reason for only two stars is my Son and I ordered chicken parm. and the wife ordered stuffed shells. The chicken was not cooked well, looking a bit pinkish inside and unpleasantly chewy. The pasta sauce was too thick and the food itself was "extremely salty" for all of us and I like a bit of salt. Getting to the restaurant itself we had to make a u-turn on Rt. 40 to get to the side it was on, which itself is bad. They force you to pay a tip starting at 18%. I went to this place yesterday night right so me and my friend were waiting for the order and this young lady came to pick up a doordash order, the cashier (with a spanish accent) asked for the name of the order, now the doordash lady said Rosetta like I will say it (in the Caucasian way), then the cashier tried to correct the doordash lady saying it very loudly in Spanish accent in front of us and the employees, then laughed about it with the other employees, then the other employee with Chinese accent said it spanish loudly again so they literally treated the doordash lady like dumb.
