My experience with their customer service is a zero.My advice would be John take your business back He's running it into the ground. Took car back to Jon's to have car fixed as it was under warranty of Jon's fixing it. Jon's refused to honor the warranty & refused to fix the car. Now we are out the money paid to Jon's for not fixing the problem as well as money to have it fixed by a real & honest mechanic. Oh and by the way, I was told that apparently Jon does not have the proper credentials to be operating! Stay away... far, far away!!!

Igor was very responsive and engaging when diagnosing the issues. Venice Auto Tech was able to source the part which I was told by others would be very difficult to find and replace and program the ABS module in the care. He was able to do the ABS module replacement and programming work for reasonable rates AND, they warranty their work as well.
