Without hesitation Brian said he could definitely do that and followed me to my car and, with some difficulty due to the new lock-in mechanism, installed the new wipers. He was very courteous, patient, and cheerful. AutoZone should be very proud to have someone like Brian on their team who gives great customer service!

This NAPA auto parts took full advantage of this. First when I came in to get the parts I needed I was busy trying to keep my 3 year old from trashing the store so the sales man, yes they work off commission got me the most expensive replacement parts. After realizing what happened I went to return the unopened parts only to get push back. Luck for the sales man my credit card had been stolen so he told me without the card there was nothing he could do. I explained that I live in another state where there were no NAPA Auto Part stores and asked what I should do. He actually said keep their parts I was able to get for 1/4 the cost. I had a shop do the work, provide the parts including insurance, and it was still less then what I was charged for just parts. The manager was also not helpful telling me to wait two weeks then she would be able to process a refund without the credit card. Again... I'm from out of state and clearly told them this. Maybe they just don't know how to use their machine, but I have worked in retail and have processed many returns without the credit card. Mind you I had the receipt in hand. No solution offered at all. No help what's soever! On my way out of CA I stopped at another NAPA Auto Parts. They also gave me a hard time. They processed the return and explained they work off commission and their store will now be hit with the return. So NAPA in Napa took advantage of me, lied to me, and gave me really bad service. I got called to pick it up later, they said my tie rods were too short. I needed to get longer ones. Turns out they just have no idea how to work on older cars or anything besides a rack and pinion steering. They tried to center the steering wheel by taking all the adjustment from the tie rods. It's not complicated at all. Very concerning for a alignment and tire shop. I wish they would have admitted that rather than charging me.

I have a mini Cooper and was having a major battery issue and they said they could see me right away, and I made it to their location and they could not have been nicer. Was able to help me with my car, get me a new battery right away. With my car, it takes almost a half an hour to get the battery out and then another half an hour to get the battery in and Dave was kind and efficient and really made me feel like my car was in good hands. I will definitely go to them in the future for any of my car needs and know that they will take good care of me and my car. I really cannot say enough of what a wonderful experience I had.
