We just purchased a 2027 Subaru Trailseeker from Hanlees Subaru and I must say, Ron and Victoria were the most chill sales people we have ever encountered. ZERO pressure to buy, no "what can we do to get you in this car!", just very easy going demeanors which translated into a stress free sale. Carlos, the finance guy, had the same laid back, relaxed vibe going on. We didn't feel any upsell pressure from him. He mentioned a few things because that's his job, but there wasn't any doom or gloom if we didn't buy a certain this or that. We drove an hour just to take a look at the car and wound up buying it, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Ron and Victoria specifically, if we are in the market for another Subaru. I met Christian Aligo in the Service Department during the first service on my new Subaru, and he was absolutely wonderful. I came in for an oil change, filter change, and tire rotation. I had misunderstood some of the services and charges, but Christian was so patient, explained everything clearly, and really took the time to work with me. Pay close attention in the finance office! Read everything! They go so fast in there. I didn't realize there were two warranties added to my contract totaling $7000. I did not approve these or consent to these. Luckily I was able to cancel them and get my refund. I would give Ron my salesman four stars. The car was not in good condition when I got there to test drive it. He washed and waxed it three times to make it spotless but overall my experience there was not good. read more

As with a few other reviews, I wanted to thank Christian and Kevin for their kind customer service. I had a few questions and both gave me good vibes as they were happy to help. Christian showed me how I can replace the windshield wipers myself (the new models are not the same as the older models). And Kevin not only had a very minor front quarter panel repair, but got rid of the associated scratch/paint and shared an inside tip on how to get rid of scratch related paint without ruining the car paint. They were super friendly and fit me in the schedule right away. I found the car I wanted. When I asked if we could negotiate, he just laughed! So rude. I left. I went back a couple days later and asked Ron if he was ready to make a deal. I heard laughter behind him...it was the manager, Victoria Young! I was appalled and felt so much disrespect. Again, Victoria wasn't interested in working with us either. ONLY try to sell a me a new car. I will never, ever, ever recommend Napa Subaru unless...you want to get reamed. Shout out to Christian and all the others wonderful people at Hanlees Subaru service department. They were able to successfully help and diagnose an issue with my engine that had been going on for months after a botched oil change at a different Subaru dealership. I taken my new car in for its' first oil change at a different deal. While driving home, there was excessive smoke coming off the engine. I returned to that dealership and was told that there might've just been a little leak, but I insisted upon it being looked at again. It was deemed a faulty oil filter as oil had gone all over the engine. Their solution was to pressure wash the engine multiple times. After the third pressure wash, the engine began to shake violently upon ignition occasionally, which made it very hard to diagnose however the service department at Hanlees kept up with with diagnostics and were able to correct the problem completely at all, but given up on a brand new car, but they were persistent Kurt and absolutely magnificent when it came to taking care of me I can't recommend them enough!!! read more
