(3) all the windows making sure they can open and close easily afterward, (4) 3 ceiling fans (bring ladders), (5) all the doors, (6) stair grill (no stairs/ floor) And any other areas you see as needing cleaning. Price quoted to me was $250-$300. I also requested quote for fortnightly cleaning, and monthly cleaning. After this round of cleaning we would then decide if we want to book Armando for future regular cleaning. After Aug 31 there was no text nothing to confirm the appointment, I had to text and text finally called him on Sep 9, giving me some reasons why he never replied me? On Sep 10, he saw how many windows we have (had told him it was a 2,737 sq ft home), how neglected they were (we just moved in or why would we call for a cleaner?). He was thinking hard how much he should charge us for the list of work I've given him. We agreed on $325 for everything and he started on the kitchen cabinets and doors (1 hour) since he'd need more tools like ladders for windows and ceiling fan he said he'd be back the next day. Armando was very nice to even helped us to move our fridge from the garage into the kitchen not wanting to take the money I offered for that! The next day before coming back he texted me saying he and partner do not want to deal with any of my bathrooms, and also no blinds only clean window panes and frame. I know we have 27 panes plus upstairs windows, to clean all from inside AND outside mustn't be easy so I agreed. They took about 5 hours to do windows, ceiling fans, and staircase grill. A total of $375 was paid including tips. When I finally get to unpack my kitchen stuffs, that was FIRST time I opened my drawers after Armando cleaned them, out of 100% only 50% are clean, I had to wipe all the drawers myself! Why do I pay to have to clean myself? Worst part was how our window screens are ALL crooked because Armando and partner had used force to bent them fir removing them to vacuum or brush them out. Afterward we could no longer open ANY of our windows without bugs coming in!!! So Armando left an extension brush texted me coming to get it was when he arrived I showed him our screens he started to try to straighten them in my backyard, too bad, they still have open gaps!!! Did I engage cleaners to come clean my home to end up spending money to still have a dirty kitchen and damaged window screens, and my bathrooms are still undone???

I recently had some work done by an independent contractor on a very small Spanish tile roof that sits atop our front door.
