Insights and My Experience:
If I were to rank in order of importance what Jacob contributed to the success of my complex custom RV gate project here is what I can tell you...
1. The most important is Jacobs' desire to listen to his
client's concerns, needs and wants. Understand
them and then meet or exceed our expectations.
* We, his customers, are not an obstacle to his
business success but the reason for it.
2. Jacob proved to me he is a talented problem solver.
* Show him your project and listen to his years
of training and on-site hands-on practical
experience being applied to your special
project and circumstances. If you let your
guard down you notice a smile on your face
and hope in your heart.
* My complex project mixed
~ Topographical slope challenges
~ Large interlocking dual gates
~ Wind force considerations
~ Visual and mechanical integration with an
existing custom fence design and
materials (wood, metal, cement) so as to
blend in and minimize the presence of the
gate rather than emphasize its presence.
~ Extremely tight tolerances
~ And me the obsessive compulsive
designer and customer
