I go there every six months and the last visit I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. Had another appt last Tuesday and I watched 12 people go into the back, another 10 come in were agin seen and I was left alone. I asked why I was still waiting and they said they didn't know where my paperwork was but would look for it. After 10 min waiting, I left. The manager Sarah called me and wanted to rebook my appt. I asked why? I'm never seen on time. She said it is Doctor Vrostos policy that all patients are seen based upon their scheduled appointment time even if they come in 25 to 30 minutes late. What that means is if you have a 10:10 am appt and you come in 30 min late, say at 10:40 am, they are seen immediately. Pushing everyone else behind. The staff stood around gossiping for 20 minutes waiting for all these late people to show up and when they did, they were behind. What a dumb way to run a business. Sara the manager explained to me the Dr stands firm on that policy and refused to let me talk to the Doctor. She went on to say Dr V Never calls patients for complaints or issues. She then agreed that they did not respect my time or me as a patient. It's basically a waste of the Doctors time to deal with patients. I was shocked and could not believe she told me that but she told me not to wait around waiting for a call back because she will never call you back. So the manager was 100% correct a week has gone by and I've heard nothing from the doctor. You know the doctor is great, and if you only go once a year, maybe it's OK to wait that long out for an appointment. But when you go many times a year, it is totally disrespectful to be treated like that. I've already found a new doctor already have an appointment.

    Communication!! I…read morehad an eye exam done on September 24 as I lost my glasses in the lake. Dr. Gannon was great. After the eye exam, I ordered a new pair of glasses at the front desk and I was told it would take 10-14 business days before the glasses would be available. That is a really long time to be without glasses, especially if you see as poorly as I do!! On September 30, I received this text from the Vision Center South: "Hi Douglas --------, this is Eye Partners, P.C.. We would like to communicate with you via text. Reply YES or Y to grant us permission." I immediately responded "Y", thinking that an additional text would come to notify me of the arrival of my new glasses. Today, October 15 (21 days later), I walked into the Vision Center South to check on my glasses because the 10-14 business days have passed. Although I have received no other communications concerning my glasses, I was excited to find that my glasses were on the shelf there in the office and I was able to get them! I was extremely disappointed to find out that my glasses have been on the shelf on the office since I received the first and only communication from the Vision Center, on September 30th!!! You would think someone in the office would reach out to notify you that the glasses were ready to be picked up! It seems that "processing" is more important than "patient care", and both need improvement.

    The staff, including the doctor, were very unfriendly and rude…read more My 7 month daughter had an appointment at 8:30 AM. We didn't leave the office until TWO hours later. By the time we were called back to see the doctor, she was over it!! Then the doctor had the nerve to say something like, "If you don't do what I ask, I can make you do it and you won't like me for it." WTH?!? First of all SIR, she's a baby and momma bear's about to pounce!!! Second of all, shes been patiently waiting for HOURS!! She's irritated, along with her mom and dad! Argh!!! The rudeness started when we were called back. The lady who came out to get us, didn't even hold the door for us to get through. She let the door go, and I got caught in the door. We proceed to her office, where she was clearly and Auburn fab because there was a lot of Auburn stuff on the walls. Maybe that's why she was mad. Because her team loss... Anyway, she was so dry and rude. She didn't even crack a smile. Moreover, when she put the drops in our daughter's eyes, she was rough. She then instructed us to sit in the dark room with the fish tank. The other ladies, who I believe were techs, who kept coming to the room to check on the dilation of her eyes were super nice and sweet. Thank God for those women! If y'all ever get an office, I'm coming! You got our business!! Finally her eyes were dilated. We were instructed to go into another room and wait for the doctor. We waited... and waited... and waited... and waited some more! By this time, the baby is restless and screaming! As I stated above, the doctor was so unprofessional. I didn't appreciate the way he talked to my daughter. Moreover, I didn't appreciate his tardiness with no apology or explanation... then he trust to be rude - bye doc!!
