As I walked up to the front counter, the employee was quick and friendly in taking my order of the classic Hulk. A rich and thick smoothie that almost needs to be eaten with a spoon. I'm honestly so disappointed by this experience, especially because this has been one of my…read morefavorite local smoothie places. The products have always been good, but the service has consistently left something to be desired. Today, I mobile ordered and accidentally sent my order to the wrong location. I completely recognize that I made a human error. When I explained what happened, the employee told me he needed to call his manager because he'd never encountered this situation before. He came back and told me they wouldn't make the smoothie at this location, despite me showing them my receipt and the paid order. I was also told I wouldn't be able to get a refund from the other location. So essentially, I was left with a $10+ smoothie I couldn't pick up, and no solution. I understand policies exist, and I understand that the mistake was mine. What really upset me was the complete lack of empathy or willingness to help find a reasonable solution. I don't have unlimited time to drive around to another location because of an honest mistake. Unfortunately, they've lost a customer today. I genuinely hope this feedback reaches management and leads to better customer service and more flexibility when situations like this happen. It's incredibly frustrating to spend $10+ on a smoothie and walk away feeling like nobody cared.

It was good and a healthier breakfast option. Also ordered their PB crunch smoothie which was interesting. I would definitely order without the granola in it next time as it has random chunks that did not fully blend. Service was fine as it was early and the morning and we seemed to be the first customers of the day. There was ample parking as it is located in a strip mall lot and tables inside were plentiful.

It also wasn't sweet enough imo and tasted more like icy mush than a flavorful treat. For the portion received--which was smaller in size than what you'll get at Playa or Vibe--I felt distinctly overcharged. Two small bowls and a pup cookie cost almost $45.00. I won't be back again.
