They sold our home for $10k over list price after negotiating multiple offers within a week of listing it on the MLS. Can't beat that! They sold a home on our street the prior month for a record breaking price so they were at the top of mind when we decided to list our home. We interviewed 3 realtors referred to us by local Aliso Viejo residents. Veronica was professional, polished, and completely prepared for our initial meeting. She provided a very thorough market analysis, comps from our immediate neighborhood and a comprehensive marketing plan (staging service, website, professional photography, etc.). She suggested the highest list price of the 3 realtors we interviewed with a confident, logical market basis. Her knowledge of our area and confidence about the current market conditions gave us a complete sense of security to trust her professional guidance. Once we were under contract, Rosario took the lead with the transactional matters. Rosario was prompt and thorough with ongoing communication during the contract period all the way through closing. His legal expertise provided an elevated level of guidance throughout the process. Both of them (and their assistant and their recommended title company) were exceptionally responsive and accommodating during our very stressful lives (2 small children and traveling during the sales process). Together they truly make a tremendous team!

If you want a team that is knowledgeable, operates with integrity and will go the extra mile, choose Veronica and Rosario. Even when the listing agent was not doing his job, Rosario stepped in and went above and beyond. And in the emotional circumstance of selling our deceased parents' house, Veronica and Rosario handles everything with grace, integrity and thorough communications. Can't find that combo much in today's market.

They are very knowledgeable of the area, and they also live in Laguna Woods. My journey started back in June 2023 when I took the LW bus tour with some friends to see the entire community. The tour provided a general overview and impression of the community, the beautiful grounds and the amenities. The part that was missing from the LW bus tour was information about the business details, how it all worked and the next steps to learn about a property. The tour guide suggested that I find a relator to help me learn about the leasing and buying process. I found Jon and Kathy Wallin after reading their yelp reviews. I called Jon and he suggested I come for a visit. In September 2023, Jon and Kathy gave me a personal tour and showed me a few properties and the community. It provided a great opportunity to learn, ask questions about co-ops and the real estate process. I really enjoyed the tour and knew then I would seriously consider moving to Laguna Woods in 2024. Jon and Kathy kept in touch with me for the months after the tour to see if I needed anymore information during this time. June 2024, I decided to sell my home in Los Angeles and start planning a move to Laguna Woods. Jon and Kathy helped me find a place to rent for a 3 to 4 months while I looked for a place to buy. This proved to be a huge advantage to live there and learn about the different neighborhoods and look at properties. November 2024, I moved to a rental and started looking to buy. January 2024, I purchased a home and closed end of February Jon and Kathy were invaluable during the entire real estate transaction, inspection and HOA process to make this as seamless as possible. They are professional and so generous with their time, and I couldn't have navigated the process without all their support and kindness. I highly recommend Jon and Kathy Wallin to help you to find a home in Laguna Woods.

The last three months I've noticed that we have been receiving our rental payments. It's not the tenant's fault. The reason I keep getting from Primior is that they are in a 'property management turnover, he lost his visa renewal" or words to that effect. How late? Well, process is no later than the 10th... we have been receiving our payments on the 13th, 18th, 23rd, and now... no payment and we are at 31st of the month. Their reason... was exactly as I stated above. I'm not sure if my review will make a difference for others but I hope they improve or I will have to go with another property manager.

Buying a house while still living on Long Island was a challenge; not to mention during COVID-19. I developed a very close relationship professionally with Stu and had all the faith and confidence in his abilities. He took care of so much for me as I was attempting to pack up my house, sell and close my Long Island house and close on my CA house both closings truthfully taken care of by Mr. Wann! Stu has the highest work ethic I have ever experienced. His word is his bond. Trust is so essential, and it was earned by Stu Wann immediately upon visiting RMV twice with Stu! My techie skills were lacking often during the time I sold and bought my home. Stress was at a pinnacle during the very new and complicated closings; NY being so much more involved with an attorney, etc. The patience of Jobe is how I describe Stu's demeanor whenever he made a repeat call to remind me of another signature needed! I will be forever ingratiated to Stu and his very humorous jokes which kept me sane when the world seemed to be diving without any predictability especially in NY at that time!!. Daunting it was; however so much worse it could have been had I not had Stu Wann by my side every step of the way. With gratitude. BJ

However, I guess each country handles money transfer differently, which caused us 1.5 weeks delay on the closing and we were almost loosing our purchase on the other house that was pending for the sell of our current home.
