The reason I keep getting from Primior is that they are in a 'property management turnover, he lost his visa renewal" or words to that effect. How late? Well, process is no later than the 10th... we have been receiving our payments on the 13th, 18th, 23rd, and now... no payment and we are at 31st of the month. Their reason... was exactly as I stated above. I'm not sure if my review will make a difference for others but I hope they improve or I will have to go with another property manager.

NAS provided and delivered the requested Real Estate reports as contractually specified. This was a key attribute in selecting NAS. The current day report was very detailed and thorough . The retro-active report was thoroughly researched. My particular requested reports were within 2% of other appraisal services, which is well within a statistical margin (SME) of report to report assessment / deviation. I found Northstar Appraisal Services to be very professional, extremely knowledgeable, very easy to communicate and work with. I will recommend this very professional team to others seeking an accurate appraisal of Real Estate. I look forward to working with John and his NAS Team again.

Good reviews led me to reach out via Yelp to ask for details. After we chatted about our needs, we agreed on a date the next available time the following week. That date came and went. No body showed up and no call, email, or contact attempted by them. I reached out the following day as this was a relatives house and was told that 'the person assigned, got into an accident and didn't make it.' Additionally, the accident wasn't reported to the boss so he only found out when I complained. I hoped the person who got into an accident was okay, but would have appreciated notification. The follow-up appointment for set for the following week. They showed up and did the work. Another week later I followed up about report status. I was told it should be ready the following week. The report was sent and appears complete and what I needed. I have sent it off to the county recorder and will update this review if the appraisal is missing any required parts. The process cost $425 and took 1 month to complete.
