As I've lived in Marina Hills now for 6 years, I've noticed that Tracey is the "Queen of Marina Hills". Anyone that wants their home sold properly and professionally seeks Tracey's services. I had Tracey represent me for my latest transaction and I was so impressed. Super friendly, awesome communication, and great attention to detail. I plan on working with Tracey again in all of my real estate dealings in South County.

I was impressed with how she conducted herself - not pushy or overly aggressive to secure a listing. Rather she just took the time to let me get to know her and see if there was anything she could do for us if we were looking to sell. I told her we were not looking at this but maybe in the future. Over the years I watched her career grow in the local real estate market here in Orange County, Ca. I would see more and more listings with her name on them. She developed one of the best real estate agent websites I have found and she continued to close sale after sale to quickly become one of the areas best producing agents. Fast forward to 2018. With a new job and the need to relocate out of state, it was time to sell our house we had occupied for the last 14 years. Over the last 14 years a lot changed in the real estate market and we found ourselves feeling a bit lost and overwhelmed. We knew we had to do some upgrades to make our house more appealing, but struggled with exactly which ones to do. I decided to give Tracey a call to enlist her help in selling our home. Like the professional she is, she picked up the conversation right where we left off 7 years ago. She remembered my kids and if they accomplished the goals we spoke about back then. I filled her in on what had happened over that time and where we were now. We decided to secure Tracey's services and quickly got the ball rolling. Over a 2 month period Tracey and her team of Videographers, Staging consultants and Photographers helped get our house in shape to put on the market. She truly has a team of professionals that work as one unit to make the experience a simple and easy one. Throughout the entire time Tracey was always available to answer any question we had for her. She was always prompt and professional in her reply and often got us over our concerns and challenges we faced with selling a house and moving after 14 years. Long story short. It was the best experience I have ever had selling or buying a home. Tracey's market analysis and plan execution got us an offer the very first day it was listed and we closed with a final offer $30,000 over our asking price. It was like she was looking into a crystal ball the entire time. She know the best strategy, timing, everything. Now, there is no guarantee you will get $30,000 over your asking price...but if you want the best chance of doing so and want the best agent in Orange County, CA representing you...have Tracey be your agent. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Tracey!

We were initially informed by their office that the lease would begin on June 1st. Based on that representation, we informed our current landlord that we would be moving out and agreed to allow him to begin remodeling construction nearly 20 days before our expected move-out date. The very next day, the move-in date was suddenly changed to July 1st, even though construction had already begun at our current residence. We then received revised lease documents reflecting the July 1st move-in date. After reviewing the documents and requesting corrections to several date errors made on their end, we signed and returned all required lease documents in good faith. While at the bank arranging the required deposit, I even asked for the exact name the cashier's check should be made payable to so I could obtain it immediately. At that point, I was informed that the owner instead wanted the funds sent only through wire transfer. Then, after waiting two additional days for the owner's signature, Sonia suddenly informed us that the owner had decided they were now "thinking about selling the property instead" and would no longer rent the home. That is not how a professional real estate transaction should be handled. If a homeowner is uncertain whether they want to rent or sell a property, that decision should be resolved BEFORE applicants are approved and lease agreements are circulated for signatures -- not after tenants materially rely on those representations, alter their living situation, stop pursuing other housing opportunities, and begin preparing their family for relocation. The lack of professionalism, communication, and regard for the consequences placed on prospective tenants was extremely frustrating and financially damaging. In a competitive rental market, losing other available housing opportunities because a brokerage and homeowner abruptly reversed course after approvals and signed lease documents is not a minor inconvenience. Future renters, buyers, and sellers should proceed very cautiously and avoid relying on verbal approvals or circulated lease documents from The McGuire Team Real Estate, Sonia, or Liz until every signature is fully completed and finalized. Instead of attempting to help resolve the situation they created, communication became dismissive and unprofessional, including phone conversations being abruptly terminated mid-discussion. This was, without question, one of the most unprofessional and unfair real estate experiences I have ever encountered involving a lease, purchase, or sale transaction.

When we interviewed a few agents who specialize in Laguna Woods Village real estate, we received very similar introductions and comparable estimated market values for our condo. We still had doubts--until we met Kent. Kent presented a detailed market analysis portfolio for our condo and explained his sales and networking strategies clearly. We were truly impressed by his presentation and confidence, and we decided to go with Kent without hesitation. Kent advised us to organize and update our condo before the sale. After we completed everything according to his advice, he meticulously checked the entire condo to ensure it was truly market-ready. We were amazed by his vision. From that point on, we had such a wonderful journey with Kent--especially when we received a pleasant and unexpected offer during the first week of the open house. His professionalism, combined with his kind heart, is truly rare to find in a real estate agent. Kent kept us informed at all times, paid attention to every detail throughout each step of the transaction, and even helped us on several occasions to ensure the inspections went smoothly. Beyond the sale itself, he also helped us take care of a few things outside the scope of the transaction, truly as a friend. We cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for us. All we can say is, "We are so glad and so lucky to have Kent as our agent." We highly recommend Kent because he will be with you every step of the way until the sale is completed. Thank you again, Kent! Without you, we would not have sold our condo successfully.

Kent was knowledgeable about the escrow process and guided us through the HOA approvals, the inspections, and the requests for repairs. We were able to address all of the issues in harmony with the seller and actually closed escrow a week early. I would highly recommend Kent as a real estate agent for any property in the area.

Of course I have to take what she says with a grain of salt... I'm sure you all have that one aunt or uncle. But it just so happens that a few of our friends recently purchased a home too and Wayne was their realtor! They purchased in West LA so I was a little surprised but OC is definitely Wayne's stomping ground. We like personal references and it's a plus that he has a good resumé that my aunt approves of so we had to go with him. We were first time homebuyers and Wayne really took the time to answer all our questions and pretty much held our hand throughout the process. Besides taking the time looking at homes with us and providing a lot of guidance, he really did look out for our best interest. He gave us honest opinions, which is refreshing because you would think he would say whatever it takes to make a purchase but he's totally not like that. It's also a big plus that he has a good sense of humor. He's just a pleasure to work with and you just know you're in good hands. Did I already mention we literally have him 2 months to find us a home and close escrow? And we also shifted search areas on him a few times too. He really did step up to the challenge. We closed 5 days before our apartment lease ended - like we were seriously almost homeless! Another huge plus is what we call "The Wayne-Mobile"! It's a medium size moving truck that Wayne offers to clients. We took advantage of this perk and it was really convenient. You pick up and drop off in Mission Viejo and since we moved from Fullerton to Irvine, it was pretty convenient. Just make note that pick up and drop off hours are from 8am to 8pm! We went to pick up at 11pm and had the biggest #fail moment. We are now happily moved into our cozy little condo and already told Wayne he's going to have to deal with us again in a few years when we're ready to get a bigger place.

Best experience I have EVER had working with any real estate agent or Realtor!!…read more I've bought/sold two homes in the past working with at least 3 Realtors through the process and Liz and her team delivered the best experience BY FAR! My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. Liz also talked about what she does to train her team, and she seems like a great leader. No one looks left behind to fend for themselves, and it seems very structured so that everyone has support and training to deliver great customer service. Liz has a great reputation in the area which I think was a huge benefit in our case. The seller's Realtor already knew Liz and trusted her. We happened to meet the seller's Realtor, and even without Liz present, the seller's Realtor had nothing but great things to say about their interactions. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately. She really does seem to care for her clients and making sure they are happy. I would 100% work with Liz again!

Most importantly, he listens. He truly understands your situation and has your best interests at heart. John remembers your goals and what you said would make you happy, using that as a compass for every decision. At times when we couldn't find the right fit and I started to deviate, he would remind me of my original vision to ensure I didn't settle. I'm going to say it twice: he truly has your best interests at heart. I have a tendency to push my limits, and John wasn't afraid to step in and advise me when something might overburden my finances. He isn't just trying to close a deal and meet numbers; he cares about your future. He is incredibly patient. There was definitely a learning curve for me, but John understands that everyone learns differently. He took the time to rephrase complex concepts and provided examples to ensure I fully understood every step. He never made me feel "dumb" for asking questions; you can tell he genuinely cares through his tone and approach. John is also remarkably responsive. Whenever I found a listing with high potential and forwarded it to him late in the day, he would acknowledge and respond promptly. Even when I felt bad for reaching out late, he provided peace of mind by doing his homework immediately. We were often at the property the very next day. He acts fast and efficiently. Finally, he is solution-oriented. There were many times I thought a goal was out of reach, but he would do the research and return with a Plan A, B, and C. This gave me so much hope and reassurance throughout the process. The home search is a roller coaster of emotions, but John is there with you side-by-side from start to finish. You never feel alone, and you never feel doubt with John in your corner. "Looking back at where I started, I am forever grateful for John. He turned what felt like an impossible mountain to climb into a clear path forward. Through his hard work and dedication, I am a proud homeowner in a place I truly love, and I couldn't have done it without him." If you want more than just an agent--if you want an advocate--John is the one to call." Thank you for everything.
