Truly False advertisement, my wife have had them for 5 years, before we called to cancel our Terrible Service. They ask for a second chance, my wife informed them this would be their 3rd & final chance. They said they would get a Supervisor to call us, come out to fix the problem. They never called that day, or Ever! Now the reason we Fired them....they charged us 80.00 every other month, to spray inside outside the house. When they first started, besides spraying, they cleaned & sprayed for spiders, other bugs, spent about 30 minutes at our house. But about the last six months or so, they were here for 10 minutes tops. We had a Ant problem, ( ants from last time sprayed, 2 months ago) called them, the guy said he was busy but would try to make it out. Our regular schedule time was 3 weeks out. He never showed up till our regular monthly appointment. 10 minutes he was gone, Ants still a problem. I wouldn't use Orkin At All Ever Again.

After 4 calls to the office and speaking to him personally once, STILL NO EMAIL with the quote! Keep in mind, that I explained, to everyone, that the situation was dire!!! Spoke to Jessica and she did her best but, there is no way I can recommend this company. I overheard, during the 4th call to the office, this time Jennifer answered (only 2 calls to Jeremy since last Saturday). Jeremy said that he will get it sent out when I can (the rest was unintelligible) "...but the guy keeps calling..."), alluding to my basically pestering him and not allowing him to do his job apparently. Point is that after the home visit, showing the location of the ants and the promises, I still have yet to be serviced! Not sure how gentleman is still employed with such substandard work habits.!!! Totally ridiculous. Their number is 405.330.2929

Look at every bad review and believe it. These people sold us a termite treatment for $2200 dollars that is basically BS and only comes with a one year warranty. The home inspector also offers a more effective liquid treatment for $400 that comes with a TEN year warranty! When we called to cancel service they also told us that they will come dig up the termite traps. We told them after paying well over 2 grand that they should be our property. But no. On the phone I was told the first visit was $260 and then it would be $39 each time they came out after that; was told they came out QUARTERLY. Initial visit went well, the agent was kind and listened to our concerns and checked out our problem areas. We didn't see any more spiders. My rating is missing stars due to the fact that communication with this company is terrible! I was being charged monthly $39/mo, the first time I noticed the charge, no one had even come out to spray (I work from home). I guess they come out monthly which is not what I was told by the phone agent when getting a quote, this drastically increased the overall cost. They don't let us know before they come out. I never received a bill, contract, or email receipt until today. I couldn't even log in to my account online because I was never given my account #. Today an agent actually left us a paper invoice and I was able to cancel service. Again when I explained the error in communication, the phone agent who cancelled my service explained the payment and amount of time they come out differently. STEER CLEAR! And if you have to use them, GET A PAPER CONTRACT AND ACCOUNT NUMBER AT THE FIRST VISIT.

We were originally quoted one price, but they continuously raised the rates and tacked on unmentioned charges. When we tried to resolve this, the office staff--specifically Tori and Jacob (the General Manager and Account Manager)--were completely unprofessional and dishonest about the costs. Furthermore, their "satisfaction guarantee" is completely meaningless. Technicians routinely failed to show up during their scheduled windows. Despite paying them, our rodent and bug issues were never resolved. My husband ultimately had to go to Walmart to buy DIY products just to get the situation under control. I recently was made aware that my house had a small termite situation. This was not good news & I…read morewas very anxious about it at first. As you can imagine, I'm thinking worst case scenario & my house was going to fall apart at any moment. After asking around & getting some friend referrals, I contacted Strike 3 Pest Control. They were extremely friendly over the phone & offered to do a free in-home estimate. Strike 3 was able to come by fairly quickly. Their technician did a full inspection that took about an hour and provide us with a quote right away. He was also kind enough to throw in a full house treatment for the inside & outside. Luckily, I was told that the termites had more than likely not done any significant damage and this was actually extremely common in our area. We did get a second opinion from another reputable company, but they happened to be several hundred dollars more expensive & didn't give us much confidence with their level of knowledge. Strike 3 was able to schedule an appointment for about 1 week out. The work was performed over a two day period. The men that came onsite to do the work were very friendly, professional & worked quickly. They actually had to drill holes about every foot or so along the garage walls & around the back concrete deck. They filled each hole back in with concrete. There were several very small holes drilled inside where our drywall was. They also filled those drywall holes. We just need to paint over them again. Not a big deal. They were careful to vacuum up any debris that was left. I literally did not have to do any cleanup once they were completed. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work. I wasn't wild about the cost of it, but it really is a lot of work. I will more than likely use them in the future for any standard bug spraying. Since they did the treatment a week ago, we haven't seen a single live bug in or around the house. The termite work has a 5-year warranty.
