I appreciate them reversing the charge, but i do not like that this has taken 3 calls and me posting 4 public complaints before i get anything handled. Sticking people into contracts when you are not holding your end of the deal is not the right thing to do. I appreciate you correcting your mistake. ---- Moxie came to my home and performed 3 services, after the first service i noticed for the first time a mouse in my house that i was able to get rid of (without moxies help) and i noticed i was getting more ants than ever before in my yard. So i asked moxie to come and they sprayed again, to which i noticed my yard getting WORSE again. Moxie comes out again, final service. This time same thing, i have paid in full up until that point no issues. I call moxie again and tell them i want to swap services because their service wasn't working for me. Then they tell me I'm being charged a early termination of a 1 year contract a fee that was 150$ and if i had just gotten 1 more service with them would've instead only cost me 100$? Business is shady i refuse to pay this 150$ they are trying to charge 1.5% on top of that 150$ every month if i don't pay it too. Absolutely not i will not be forced into paying for a terrible service. I swapped companies and within the VERY FIRST SERVICE of the other company I've noticed absolutely no issues. I called moxie to dispute these charges 2 months ago, at that point i told them the same thing quit contacting me, your service did not work. Please show me in the service agreement where it said Moxie can pretend to spray my yard with some magical spray that is apparently useless, and never actually help me get my yards pest problem under control. I bet it doesn't say that. Do not contact me again. Do not expect me to ever pay this 150$ For any consumer thinking of buying them. These guys are some grade A car salesman they make theirproduct sound great then leave you hanging when they donothing for you. Then try to charge you for something THEY DIDN'T DO AND HAD BEEN PAID IN FULL UP UNTIL THAT POINT.

Look at every bad review and believe it. These people sold us a termite treatment for $2200 dollars that is basically BS and only comes with a one year warranty. We had a home inspector come by in a different occasion for another issue and we brought this up to him and his exact words were "Moxie is notorious for pulling crap like this". The home inspector also offers a more effective liquid treatment for $400 that comes with a TEN year warranty! When we called to cancel service they also told us that they will come dig up the termite traps. We told them after paying well over 2 grand that they should be our property. But no. They said it's just part of the treatment. Please learn from our experience and the salesman to f*** off if they come to your door.

I recently was made aware that my house had a small termite situation. This was not good news & I…read morewas very anxious about it at first. As you can imagine, I'm thinking worst case scenario & my house was going to fall apart at any moment. After asking around & getting some friend referrals, I contacted Strike 3 Pest Control. They were extremely friendly over the phone & offered to do a free in-home estimate. Strike 3 was able to come by fairly quickly. Their technician did a full inspection that took about an hour and provide us with a quote right away. He was also kind enough to throw in a full house treatment for the inside & outside. Luckily, I was told that the termites had more than likely not done any significant damage and this was actually extremely common in our area. We did get a second opinion from another reputable company, but they happened to be several hundred dollars more expensive & didn't give us much confidence with their level of knowledge. Strike 3 was able to schedule an appointment for about 1 week out. The work was performed over a two day period. The men that came onsite to do the work were very friendly, professional & worked quickly. They actually had to drill holes about every foot or so along the garage walls & around the back concrete deck. They filled each hole back in with concrete. There were several very small holes drilled inside where our drywall was. They also filled those drywall holes. We just need to paint over them again. Not a big deal. They were careful to vacuum up any debris that was left. I literally did not have to do any cleanup once they were completed. Overall, I was very satisfied with their work. I wasn't wild about the cost of it, but it really is a lot of work. I will more than likely use them in the future for any standard bug spraying. Since they did the treatment a week ago, we haven't seen a single live bug in or around the house. The termite work has a 5-year warranty.

My rating is missing stars due to the fact that communication with this company is terrible! I was being charged monthly $39/mo, the first time I noticed the charge, no one had even come out to spray (I work from home). I guess they come out monthly which is not what I was told by the phone agent when getting a quote, this drastically increased the overall cost. They don't let us know before they come out. I never received a bill, contract, or email receipt until today. I couldn't even log in to my account online because I was never given my account #. Today an agent actually left us a paper invoice and I was able to cancel service. Again when I explained the error in communication, the phone agent who cancelled my service explained the payment and amount of time they come out differently. STEER CLEAR! And if you have to use them, GET A PAPER CONTRACT AND ACCOUNT NUMBER AT THE FIRST VISIT.

When they first started, besides spraying, they cleaned & sprayed for spiders, other bugs, spent about 30 minutes at our house.But about the last six months or so, they were here for 10 minutes tops. We had a Ant problem, ( ants from last time sprayed, 2 months ago) called them, the guy said he was busy but would try to make it out. Our regular schedule time was 3 weeks out.
