We've lived in our house for a couple of years with no real pest issues... until this year we got web worms in our front yard pecan tree and it got bad fast when the temps came down just a little towards the end of the summer. We called a different pest company that had really good ratings on another review site and they came out and gave us a quote for substantially more than Elite ended up quoting & charging us. They also discouraged us from spraying, saying they weren't sure they could get the worms toward the top of the tree and that they'd all die off in a couple of months anyway. So unfortunately we took their advice and didn't have them spray and the following week it got really out of hand! So we called back to have them come out and they couldn't get back to us for another week bc the only day they could come, was a day that it was supposed to rain. So I got on Yelp and found not too many pest companies with much if any reviews. I chose Elite since they had two 5 star reviews that seemed genuine and I am SO GLAD I called. They were able to make it out to us the next day, on a Saturday. They were professional and swift but thorough and explained everything in laymen's terms. I don't like to use chemicals at all but sometimes you have to make exceptions when worms are taking over and falling like snow from the tree onto your head. EW! We will definitely call Elite Termite & Pest Control if and when we need these services in the future. I 100% recommend them if you need a good, honest, fair priced pest control company. Update: We called Elite once again when we were buying a our house in November 2016. They did our Termite Inspection. Still very happy with their service and will continue to rely on them in the future. read more

Paid upfront on promo - buy 3 get 1 free. Only got one service. Now I can't get a hold of him. Voicemail full, won't return texts, website invalid. Had been great prior to this. read more

They don't do what they promised to do. In our case it was to provide a Treatment Sketch and description of what exactly they did. Poor quality and poor customer service. I can NOT in good conscience recommend this company to anybody read more

Incredibly disappointed my husband paid ahead for several treatments, after that could never get him to show up. He kept making excuses and would never come. We are now out that money and had to hire someone else. read more

The first year we moved here, our realtor recommended Dennis and he was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and Johnny-on-the-spot. Well... early this year, he anxiously and repeatedly reached out about a special he was running because he didn't want us to miss out. I felt like something was a little off, but my mom's family, realtor, and my husband all felt good about it and took advantage of the promo. Buy 3 treatments, get one free. It was tough to get him to respond and come out, but he finally did. Since then, nothing. Won't return texts or calls. Hasn't reached out to keep up on service like he used to. Sad. Frustrated to be out that money. Annoyed about how many people he scammed. And just sad that he was ok doing that to so many customers. Wonder what's going on that made him do it. read more

It's frustrating when a company you hired for termite work finishes the job but fails to provide you with the necessary completion paperwork, such as a certificate of completion or documentation outlining the work performed and warranties. I made multiple attempts at getting Dennis the business owner to send the paperwork over. Excuse after excuse, "I sent it, maybe it went to spam, the file says corrupted I'll have to send it again when I get home, I'm out of town, or I'm working on another job right now." For two months I tried everything I could to just get him to send any documents that state exactly what I had paid for. What's even worse is that Dennis had previously completed 4 other termite treatments on rental properties I own, so up until now, I have had a good rapport with his business. The reason it was so frustrating on this particular house was because I was attempting to sell it. The buyer and the lending company would not close without the paperwork. I ended up having to hire another termite company to come in and do a termite inspection for additional fee just to get the real estate paperwork necessary to close. Plenty of other small businesses to support locally, choose another termite company. read more

Dennis is a long time resident and has been doing this for 25 years. He knows what he is doing and understands what needs to be done. I've always felt like I got everything I needed for the money spent. He is a kind person that is a professional. I had a bad problem with fiddle backs and he came quickly to take care out it which included taking care of the attic as well. read more

As a Realtor, I've worked with Dennis for 16+ years and he is fantastic. Super kind, personable and knowledgeable. He has found termites in the craziest and smallest places, I am often shocked by his ability to find them. And this is good because he helps my clients protect their biggest investments! Highly recommend you use him for your termite inspections. He also does regular spraying for bugs around your house and yard, treatment for carpenter ants, mice and more. I and many of my clients have used him for years for regular pest maintenance and he does a great job. read more

Had a recent issue with this company. They completed a termite inspection on my property that I'm currently selling. Everything came back good, no termites. They were hired by the client buying my home. They advertise that they guarantee their work for a year. Well, the buyer financing fell through, so now we have a new buyer and reached out because, only two months later, a different company is claiming to have found minor termite activity. Turns out Elite will not honor their word or work. They told or realtor they don't honor the house or property, only to the client that hired them? So if your using them for selling a home, you're screwed. Pretty shady business, I would advise you take your business elsewhere if you want reliability. read more

Dennis and his crew were very polite and professional and did a great job treating my home for termites. They were scheduled to be here at 9 and at 8:59 there was a knock on the door, they were here and ready to get started. They were very thorough and I don't feel any corners were cut on what was a big job. They also had the lowest price out of several quotes and sprayed for spiders while here. I had to leave while they were still here due to an appointment and was comfortable enough with them to let them lock up when they were done. Highly recommend Elite! read more

My name is Stephanie M. Dennis came to my house today to get rid of some pests. First, I set the appointment with Michelle & she was extremely nice & knowledgeable! She didn't have the answer to only one of my questions, but she found the answer quickly & called me right back. She was very kind, professional & understanding. Dennis showed up today, on time, which ANY customer can appreciate. He introduced himself in a professional, yet casual way (which I like). He didn't make me feel gross or embarrassed that I had pests in my home. He explained what he was doing as he went along. He gave me instructions regarding my children & puppy, so that we don't have an accidents with the stuff that he put down (which he explained was pretty harmless to animals & children). He was very down to earth & we had a great casual conversation while he was working at my house. I can tell that he takes care of his customers. This isn't a big corporation who doesn't care about their customers, that's for sure! He had to mix some stuff for his next appointment, so he sprayed a little around my house at no extra charge & that was very much appreciated. VERY nice people at Elite! I will not hesitate to call Dennis & Michelle if I ever need them again. I won't even consider another company after speaking with Michelle & after meeting Dennis. read more

My husband and I moved into a duplex 6 months ago. The property manager kept sending a company to spray every month, but it never made a difference. Plus we had to empty our cabinets and be gone for 4 hours afterwards. We found a new company on our own and with Dennis at Elite we didn't have to move anything around and he got rid of the bugs the first time. I was so impressed with his service. I would recommend Elite to everyone!! read more

I recently moved into a 1920s home that (unfortunately) came with a variety of bugs. The owner of Elite Termite & Pest Control, Dennis, was able to get the problem under control and it happened exactly in the time frame that he said it would. I haven't seen a bug in weeks, and I couldn't be happier. read more

Always willing to come out on short notice and doesn't make you sign a long contract,

I've know this man for 20 years, and he has NEVER failed to always take care of my pest control needs. He is such a honest business owner and has very reasonable prices compared to other companies. I would recommend him to everybody I know! Him and his crew is the only way to go!! read more
