I purchased a new 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid from Bernardi Toyota in Framingham, MA on September 17, 2025, and received the vehicle on September 24, 2025. Upon delivery, I discovered that the rear windshield was scratched due to improper installation of the rear wipers, clearly indicating a pre-delivery inspection failure. When I brought the car back to the dealership for diagnosis, they removed the wipers in front of me, with the metal parts still improperly installed, and then reinstalled them. Despite this clear evidence of their fault, the staff tried to claim that the damage could have been caused by me. The dealership refused to repair the scratched windshield and failed to take responsibility for delivering a brand-new vehicle in unacceptable condition. It is unacceptable to deliver a brand-new vehicle with preventable damage and refuse to address the issue, while attempting to shift blame to the customer. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a professional, reliable, and trustworthy car-buying experience.

Please do not take your car to this place…read more This is my firsthand experience with this repairshop. My car did not start one cold morning (1/5/2026) and I called AAA for a tow. The AAA did not offer to jump-start my car and towed my car to this shop. All they had to do was to jump-start my car and see if my car would start or not. That is the very 1st thing anyone with very little knowledge about a car will do. But instead they told me that my car engine is destroyed and I need a new engine. The gave me an estimated invoice for $11,200. Can you believe that? Yes, it is hard to believe but they wanted to charge me $11,200 for a new engine. All my car needed was a jump-start. There was nothing else wrong with my car. At that point I told them that "NO" I do not want to spend that on my car and I would like my car back to take it to another shop. The owner of this shop forced me to $176.00 for nothing. I mean they did not do a single thing other than wanting to scam me and steal my money by telling me I needs a new engine. I then took my car to another repair shop (an honest one). The mechanic at the second shop jump-starts my car and says to me "There is nothing wrong with your car other than needing a jump-start due to extreme cold in the night before". Please do not take your car to this place. I had already called AAA and filed a complaint about this shop as well.

I bring my Honda there for everything from oil and filter changes, new tires, and any mechanical work my car needs. Every experience has been wonderful. Their prices are always fair, and they have never once tried to take advantage of me or upsell unnecessary work. As a woman, that level of honesty and respect means a lot. Last week, I went in for a routine oil and filter change. I usually wait there because they have a comfortable waiting area with coffee and TV. I had been extremely busy with work and running on very little sleep. After I left, I must have accidentally dropped my credit card outside their building. Not long after I left, they called me to let me know they had found my credit card outside and safely held onto it until I could come back and pick it up. That kind of honesty and kindness is rare these days. Thank you so much to everyone at Ron's Tire & Service Shop for always taking such great care of both me and my car. It's hard to find a business you can truly trust, and I am very grateful for all of you. Highly recommend!
