When the time came for the job to begin, his crew was on time every day, clean, professional and friendly. I truly enjoyed having them here during the work. Above all, the end result is exactly what we hoped for our 100 year old farmhouse and barn. They did a ton of remedial carpentry at a very reasonable cost - lots of new plywood decking, fascia boards, fixing rotted rafter tails, etc. In all the job was more than they expected, but still very close to the quoted price, which was better than most who bid on this job. I would recommend Jorge and his crew 100%.

I had to find a company out of the blue when I had roof problems. Everyone knows that feeling of,…read more"How am I going to know a good company when I see one?". Fast forward to Jose showing up literally the SAME DAY I called when others that said WEEKS! We talked, he LISTENED (big thing to me) and did an estimate. I didn't even bother to get other estimates at this point because he was the ONLY one to show any concern about my house. The work was done in a timely fashion with no upselling at any point and when tiles were found to be cracked (previously undetected) he simply used the spares I had without trying to make a buck selling me new ones! Absolutely great service! Now, for the best part. Almost a year later I have the problems return. Jose comes back out, inspects and takes care of it all! Mind you, it was raining off & on and things are getting wet and he comes out the same day and does a temp repair to stop any damage. Thankfully the rain stopped. His schedule was jammed he told me and to expect them in a few days. But then they show up the next day and hammer it all out!! NOW THAT IS SERVICE. Don't hesitate, call Roofing Craftsmen.

Every time it rained! We had our roof replace six years ago, partially to resolve the leaking problem. The roofer said the leaks were the fault of the chimney and not in his wheelhouse. The chimney guys said it was a roofing problem. Neither did anything about it. Mr. Skylight looked at the leaking skylight and said it couldn't be fixed and we needed to buy a new skylight, which we politely declined. I was at wits end and a friend suggested I call Jose at Roofing Craftsmen. They re-worked the roofing on the area around the chimney and skylight and voila...a few days later an atmospheric river came by for days and not a single leak! Why did it take 10 years to find them? Last week I had a complicated problem with a downspout and they fixed it with a simple solution the next day. You cannot go wrong with Roofing Craftsman.

Jesse responded promptly along with a few other companies. While they mentioned not doing the other works since they specialise in roof jobs, we decided to give the Solar Panel cleaning to them. He came punctually, was thorough with his job, we also asked him if he could add to his services the blowing of the leaves etc. from the roof which he promptly agreed to (we also agreed for a separate fee for the added work). In about 90 minutes we were done. We feel great looking at our panels gleaming once again :) We are happy with the decision to have got E Sanchez roofing over for this project, infact have gotten into a regular maintenance contract.
