Mind you, it's not the same location where Wild Bill Hickock was killed (that's across the street at the Old Saloon No 10). We arrived without reservations (they are on Open Table). It was a bison steak with cheese tortelloni. It was fine but not remarkable. My husband had the steak frites. His steak was a little fibrous, not a great cut, and certainly not similar to steak frites that I've had in France! I had the recommended red wine, and it was fine. My husband had a local IPA, and he really enjoyed it. Our waitress was very nice and managed the restaurant well for being the only one there. The kids loved their mocktails and liked being able to walk around. Mind you, a lot of pictures are of the historic brothel prostitutes, but they were covered up enough, and thankfully, no one asked me any difficult questions!
