I couldn't resist picking up two of their huge fry pies along with a peanut butter Long John, and they were every bit as good as they looked. The fry pies were packed with filling and had a perfectly flaky crust, while the peanut butter Long John was loaded with creamy peanut butter filling and was incredibly fresh. My wife couldn't stop talking about their cinnamon twist. She said it was one of the best she's ever had--soft, buttery, perfectly sweet, and full of cinnamon flavor. I have a feeling we'll be making a special trip back just so she can get another one! The staff was friendly, the bakery was clean and well-stocked, and there were plenty of Amish-made jams, noodles, candies, cheeses, and other local products to browse while we were there. If you're visiting Millersburg, Berlin, or anywhere in Ohio's Amish Country, make sure Kauffman's Country Bakery is on your list.
