This business is a scam. Do not use them. Danielle took our money and confirmed than never answered our calls for three days. And on the sked day of pickup, she never even sent a driver and refused to refund us $320. NEVER trust this company. And I will continue to post reviews and notify local hotels to warn others of their poor biz practices until this business can redeem itself. Danielle and Ramona were lifesavers! I was stuck in great barrington and I'm not from the area so I didn't know how to get back to the city and Danielle was really helpful and knowledgeable. Who ever writes a bad review about this company is exactly right, i made an appointment with her to take my son and his fiance from mill river, ma. to bradley international airport in connecticut, the only thing good is she was on time but a little while later a recieved a call from my son saying that she was driving recklessly on the roads crossing the white lines into the snow on the side of the road almost going into the trees and continued driving wrecklessly and tailgating other cars which almost led to getting into a major accident and putting my son and his fiance in danger, my son also told me that he heard a noise from the car and told the woman danielle that it sounds like she has a flat and her response was that i just filled the tires with air and kept driving like that with out even checking it and then winded up that the tire got shredded to pieces leaving them stranded on the road. luckily a good samaritan from a deli in granville, ma. who was the owner did my son and his fiance the greatest thing by taking them to the airport and getting them there on time for there flight, GOD BLESS HIM i do not reccomend using this company for anything, they are reckless and dangerous to society. to all who read this review MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR and stay safe by using another company. Called this service, spoke with Danielle, she was incredibly rude and unprofessional, would not recommend.

Called 1 week in advance for ride to Fairview Hospital. My husband was scheduled to be checked in at 6AM. Danielle said she didn't have a car at that time, and would be sending an associate. We agreeded on 5:45 pickup. At 5:50 no one had arrived. I called Danielle and had to leave a message. She called me right back and said she had no record of a booking and that she didn't have a car or any available drivers. My husband said I should have called yesterday to confirm, but we used her summer of 2019 with no problem so I didn't think it was necessary. I should have listened to him. Zero stars. read more

It is in your best interest to do your research before using this person to drive you. Granted, there are not many transportation services in the area, but someone operating a business like this, needs the appropriate license, insurance, etc. to do so. Before I found the current service I use, I mistakenly trusted this individual to take me to and from medical appointments, stores, etc. because my health doesn't allow me to drive at this time. There are no meters, cash only, no receipts, dangerous driving like she owns the road, uses the phone constantly while she drives to answer calls, or call her male associate to pick up people that she can't get to. The personal license plate is not appropriate for a driving service, nor is she registered with the city of Great Barrington or Berkshire County to operate this transportation service. Taking business away from the legitimate companies operating here, with the appropriate licenses, and vehicles. The rates are over the top, and far beyond what anyone should be paying for these rides. Also, this individual is handicapped and uses a cane, which does effect the professionalism of the driving, which there is none. Not that handicapped people can't work, but let's be serious, this is not appropriate and dangerous to any passenger if there is an accident. Which is just waiting to happen the way this individual chooses to drive so aggressively. I'm not apologizing for this review because too many people have been taken advantage of, as well as this person chooses to bad mouth the other, legitimate transportation companies in the area, to pull business away from them. I have several photos of this individual on the phone, driving, not paying attention to the road, cutting off other vehicles, and I am also submitting this to the City of Great Barrington and the County. It is not appropriate to put peoples lives at stake in order to make a dollar in this world. Do it the right way, or don't do it at all. Sad I used this company at all. I also received unprofessional text messages after 10 pm, and sometimes at 2:30 am, which is beyond acceptable. The company I ended up using is available every day, legal, excellent drivers, and always reasonable rates. But not this one. Do your research. read more

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Shouldn't a professional driver know how to drive within the law? There's nothing professional about this driving. Tailgating, passing on a double line, passing a school bus FULL OF CHILDREN while simultaneously running the oncoming tanker into the breakdown lane to avoid a head on collision? I thought I was either in a nightmare or a hidden camera show. Her reasoning? "I am on a schedule and have a client to pick up" Not acceptable and in the wrong business.
