Whew! Sammy, the owner of this company, visited, made a quick fix, and gave us a SUPER reasonable estimate for a long term fix. In the end, we replaced our HVAC with Sammy and have been very pleased. During this entire HVAV mess, we had a plumbing issue and guess what - Sammy handles that, too. Super informative, helped us with the best pricing, problem solved! Sammy is the business owner and technician. He answers the phone, provides the estimates, and does the work. His colleague who helped was equally great when helping us. We are confident in this company, felt very comfortable that we paid a reasonable fee, and are thankful to have someone we trust to call. Call KLC - you will be glad you did!

We lucked out by finding sales rep Daphe F-A. of SW Corp, who teamed us up with Rodney's All Around Service in Moncks Corner, SC, NOT for a total bathroom remodel but a simple installation. Daphe helped us to find a suitable multi-featured tub, and Rodney not only did the installation but also made other improvements that we negotiated separately. Rodney is a friendly neighborhood professional who was upfront and helped us through unexpected problems like widening the doorway and troubleshooting potential drain issues. Rodney painstakingly works a job until it is completed and stands by his word. I would happily hire his services again!

I have used Dan again already to do a new garbage disposal, and again he counseled me on the absolute best unit for our needs. He's also walking me through a third project that requires my taking advantage of Moen's lifetime faucet warranty in which there was some pitting, and without his knowledge and counsel I would have been buying these parts myself.
