I ordered $113.00 of flowers for my wife on Valentine's day. I received a call after I placed the order asking if substitutions were ok. I responded to this yes that is completely fine I just want to surprise my wife today. I received no call no email or any communication saying they could not deliver the flowers. I got home early from work to see my wife as she came home with her flowers. She walks in with nothing! I asked if she received anything today.... no other people did but I did not. I was upset I let her know my attempt and showed her the confrontation email. She called her work to see if maybe they were given to the wrong person. They told her no. I called the customer service number strait to voicemail oh they are closed.... I sent an email no response not even the next day. My wife calls them the day after valentine's and they say we can send you them today at your work. Well this is Saturday my wife said I am not at work. We can send them to your home they said. My wife and I had left to go out and spend time in Seattle. My wife asks if she could get a refund since the entire surprise has been ruined. It is not valentine's day anymore, as my wife cries. We will have our manager call you Monday is the response she received. This was a horrible experience I would never trust this shop with any sort of gift. This company closes at 5:00 pm PST and will not allow my wife to get the refund and I am off work at 5:00 pm. They really make it hard to even correct their own mistake.

Expectation vs reality

Ordered these flowers a little before they closed last night, so I appreciated that they took my order and all but when I saw this pic of them on social media (from the person who I sent them to) they looked atrocious and embarrassing. I understand that flowers won't always look exactly like the pic but these are seriously so disappointing. $60 later....

My husband placed an order with them on Feb 11th to be delivered to me at work as a surprise on Valentine's Day. When I left work at 4:30pm on V-Day, I called him and he asked if anything special was delivered to me, which I told him 'no'. He called the florist and spoke to a very short tempered Denise. She could only confirm the order was on the truck and it was his fault for not putting special instructions that our shop closed at 4:30, refusing to help him. Keep in mind they are ONLY .2 miles down the street from my work and close 30mins after we close. He didn't feel the need to put those "special instructions". I then called the florist and had the pleasure of speaking to the very impolite Denise. She had me on hold most of the time, but the 12 minute conversation consisted of her telling me the flowers were on the truck, there's no ETA, and that's that. I stayed patient and asked if she could deliver the following day to my house. She placed me on hold to call the driver, then eventually came back with a more polite attitude (as if she realized they made a mistake and were in the wrong) and said they would not be able to make the delivery that day anyways (no reasoning), but she would make sure they got delivered to my house first thing the next morning. She took down my home address and apologized, thanking me for my patience. I stayed home the following morning waiting on a delivery that NEVER CAME. I called around 2pm and spoke to a very nice woman who put me on hold to go talk to their driver. She said my order was ON HOLD but because I called to confirm, she asked the driver to put my flowers on the truck and deliver. I told her about my nightmare call the evening before (she immediately guessed I had spoken to Denise) and expressed I don't understand how this is appropriate customer service. She didn't seem to care that this was an issue or offer anything to ease the trouble. Needless to say, we will never use this company again!!!!! As someone who has worked with the general public for years, please just tell the truth to your customers!!!

My husband brought me a dozen roses from Benton's Twin Cedars on Friday, October 26. (First picture) Other than cutting the stems and changing the water, they still look almost as fresh today, November 4. (Second picture) That is 10 days! I am a retired florist of 30 years and know quality when I see it.

Having never contacted a Puyallup florist, I decided it was time to shop locally. I found the…read morecompany on a Google Search and was pleased to find it wasn't very far from where I live! I needed some roses for my sister since she had just had surgery, so I described what I wanted: Yellow roses. The folks at Ladybug went out of their way to get the yellow roses, and I was overwhelmed by the arrangement when it arrived. While they had so many beautiful options, I'm glad I chose the yellow roses; they are my sister's favorite. The other flowers in the arrangement complemented the roses perfects. I know my sister will love it. I was also surprised at how reasonable the price was. Far less than I expected. There was thoughtful consideration put into the bouquet we have, and I will definitely be contacting Ladybug for all my future flower needs.

This was my first (and last!) time using this florist. I wanted to send my friend a lovely bouquet…read morefor her birthday. I had high hopes because their website looks professional and the photos seem to depict beautiful bouquets. I ordered an "Artistic Designer's Choice" bouquet for $75, with tax and delivery the total came to $96. That's a pretty good chunk of change, and I expected something nice. After placing my order online I called and spoke to make sure the order came through, and to verify that it would be artistic and special - I also specifically asked for no carnations. It's the end of June and there should be an abundance of flowers to choose from. The photo I was texted prior to delivery showed a very ordinary looking bouquet made of carnations and white daisies. Nothing special, nothing "artistic". For almost a hundred dollars, this was unacceptable. I immediately called and voiced my concerns. After quite some time on the phone with an associate, I was assured the bouquet would be remade by a different florist, there would be no carnations, and it would be artistically made. This all took place around 8:00am. Several hours later, at around 1:00pm I was texted a photo of a bouquet with one peony, two droopy roses with brown-edged petals, and a tropical flower. Since it was late in the day and they said the order wouldn't be delivered until sometime between 4p-8p, I didn't have much choice but to approve it as I wanted it to arrive on my friend's birthday. I was hoping it might look better in person... that maybe there were more flowers on the other side that I couldn't see in the photo. It did not look better in person. It looked worse. It was so small, even smaller than the photo depicted. It contained literally only FOUR FLOWERS in the entire "bouquet" - 2 old roses that looked like they'd been sitting around for a week already, 1 peony, 1 tropical flower. $75 for 4 flowers. I will never order anything from this florist again. Their website is misleading, and the bouquets look nothing like the photos. I could have gone to Trader Joe's and spent $75-$95 on flowers and created a huge beautiful bouquet. This was utterly ridiculous. UPDATE: Since I'm not able to respond to Williams Flower & Gift here, I'll add it to my original review: Since the subpar bouquet was delivered last week there's no assistance to be had, other than a refund. And zoom into the attached photo that was sent prior to delivery, and you can clearly see the brown edges and droopy appearance of the petals. I buy garden roses all the time, and grow them, so I know what a fresh garden roses should look like. At the very least the outer petals should have been removed.
