Most of the reviews on yelp are written shortly after the purchase, but I think it's more helpful to hear from people a few months down the line. Do the quality of the cars live up to the purchase experience, or is this a Wormwood Motors scenario? Well, it's been 5 months and about 6000 miles. The car is PERFECT. Drives great, no problems. Just took it in for an oil change and to have everything checked out before a little roadtrip and all is well. Without hesitation, from start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Buying a used car from a dealership was a new experience for us and we were really nervous. There are so many dealerships with terrible, just TERRIBLE, reviews. We know nothing about cars. How do ignorant people like us defend ourselves against slimy car salesmen? Our only hope is reviews. We followed the 5 star reviews to BBC Motorsports. They happened to have had the car we wanted at the time we needed it at a price we could afford. Jason was honest, upfront, patient with us, and kind. This was not just our best car buying experience, this was one of the best sales experiences of anything we've ever purchased! We're not fancy people and we hold onto cars longer than most. I'm relatively confident I'll be driving this suburban until my kids leave the house. But when our 2008 Honda Civic finally bites the dust, you'd can be certain our replacement vehicle will be from BBC Motorsports.

Craig came out to greet us and he was so accommodating. Then Steve came out, what a great demeanor, and is very seasoned in the business. He was such a pleasure to work with! Their selection of cars are the cream of the crop and at a fair market price, like I said I did my homework. I bought a beautiful SUV there. Craig and Steve walked me through the financing in a breeze. Thank You Guys! This is a high caliber dealership with genuine people. Highly Recommend

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Go Luxury…read more I scheduled an appointment in advance to see and test drive a specific vehicle. During my phone conversation with the salesperson, I made it very clear that my purpose for coming in was to see the car and take it for a test drive, and an appointment was set accordingly. When I arrived, I spent time answering numerous questions about what I was looking for in my purchase. My salesperson then told me he needed to speak with his manager, which I thought was odd, but ok. He then took me to the vehicle and reviewed all of its features and options. After investing that time, I asked if we could take the car for a test drive, only to be told that his manager would not allow it because I had mentioned I only had about 30 minutes available. Apparently, that violated their policy for test driving certain vehicles. Had this policy been disclosed during my initial phone call, I could have planned accordingly or chosen not to make the trip. Instead, I took time out of my workday, drove to the dealership for a scheduled appointment, and left without being able to do the one thing I specifically came to do. For a dealership that sells luxury vehicles, I expected a much higher level of customer service, communication, and professionalism. The entire experience left a very bad impression, and unfortunately, I will not be returning or recommending this dealership to others.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the dealership, but my calls continue to be redirected to voicemail and no one has provided a resolution or clear update. A very serious and twice confirmed service of a tire rotation. I live in DETx and do not get to Dallas at all. An opportunity came about to fly out of DFW so I planned and scheduled the free oil change and what I thought and was told was true a tire rotation. That was an apparent mistake but I confirmed 3 times via text that the tire rotation would be performed. I was not pushy and understood that the Advocate may have made a mistake in offering the service under the concierge timeframe. I was told TWICE and in writing that the tire rotation would be done, including a car wash. My truck was there from Wednesday the 21st until today, Monday the 24th. Ample time to let me know the tire rotation would not be included. Instead, Chevy chose to lie, and allow me to think I was on the road with a little more life in my tires while decisions were made for new tires and other services. I made a stop in Terrell TX and noticed the rotation was NOT performed. Further, when I called to speak to an "Advocate", I was promptly asked, "what makes you say we didn't do the tire rotation"? Lol!! There is a distinct flaw in the rear driverside tire. I hate to think that because I am a woman that I am thought of as oblivious to the performance and nuances of my truck that I own. Or, worse yet, a dumb woman. An offer of traveling 300+ miles to Dallas in the future for a tire rotation made little since, as I mentioned that the Dallas area is far from my home and this city is rarely visited. I do not plan to visit or buy from Friendly for my next Chevy, nor will I put another 300+ miles on un-rotated tires. No Thank You!

We brought our 2020 Acura TLX to Goodson Acura of Dallas because of a loud banging/knocking engine noise. We specifically raised concern about the vehicle's prior connecting-rod-bearing safety recall and whether the noise could be related. Goodson charged us approximately $200 to diagnose the vehicle and told us the problem was the high-pressure fuel pump. They quoted us a very substantial amount to replace that single pump. We declined that repair. The engine then failed before either fuel pump was replaced. Only after the engine failure were the fuel pumps replaced elsewhere. That sequence matters. The later fuel-pump replacement cannot explain away the original knocking/banging complaint or the engine failure because the engine had already failed before those pumps were replaced. I have repeatedly asked Goodson to provide the actual diagnostic evidence showing how they ruled out the connecting-rod bearings, crankshaft, or a problem associated with the vehicle's prior engine recall when it originally came in making this serious engine noise. So far, I have not been provided documentation showing bearing measurements, photographs, physical inspection findings, oil analysis, teardown findings, or other mechanical evidence demonstrating that the recalled engine components were inspected and ruled out. Instead, Goodson has emphasized that the recall had previously been performed by another Acura dealership and that Acura's system showed no open recall. That does not answer the question. A recall being marked "completed" in a computer system does not establish that the engine was mechanically sound when we later brought the vehicle to Goodson with a loud knocking/banging complaint. Nor does it explain what testing Goodson performed before concluding that the high-pressure fuel pump was responsible for the noise. This is what concerns me most: we brought them a vehicle making a serious engine noise, specifically raised the prior engine-bearing recall, paid for a professional diagnosis, were told the issue was the high-pressure fuel pump, and the vehicle was returned to us. The engine then failed before that fuel pump was ever replaced. My wife was driving this vehicle. A serious internal-engine failure at highway speed can present an obvious safety risk. We took the vehicle to an Acura dealership precisely because we wanted the abnormal noise professionally evaluated before something worse happened. I am not asking anyone reading this review to simply accept my conclusion about what caused the engine failure. I am asking Goodson to produce the diagnostic evidence supporting the conclusion they gave us before the engine failed. If a dealership tells a customer that a serious knocking engine noise is caused by a fuel pump rather than a potentially dangerous internal-engine problem, there should be objective diagnostic evidence supporting that determination. I will update this review if Goodson provides the requested diagnostic records, photographs, measurements, technician findings, or a substantive explanation of how the internal-engine components were ruled out.

Everytime I called to get an update no one was available to speak too and when they call back they wait until the end of the day to delay things until the next day. I should not have to act as the middleman between a dealership and warranty company just to understand what I am being charged. After two weeks without my vehicle, poor communication, no loaner, and still not having clear answers about my car, I decided to remove my vehicle. As a returning customer, I expected much better but apparently this is how they treat loyal customers!
