Wow! Where do I start?…read more Like a lot of people I suffered from a lifelong phobia of Dentists, so it took a lot of self convincing to make the initial appointment. But from the very first visit where Dr Max spent approximately one hour talking me through how the sleep dentistry would work for me, and giving me confidence to get started. He and his amazing staff were very understanding of my situation. We made a plan for my treatment & I felt very comfortable about what Dr Max was suggesting. After three visits under sedation and a couple without, everything went to plan and at no time did I have any pain. I now feel that I will be able to go back if and when I need to. Thank you Dr Max for taking me on as your patient. But I have health insurance so to get the most out of it I come here every 2 years for a check up and teeth clean. I'm sure you can imagine how I felt a few days ago when I injured a front tooth. The same one that a few yrs ago I had chipped and had had fixed. (A bit terrified) Dr Jamie Taylor made it all ok. Not only did he keep me calm throughout fixing my poor half broken front tooth, but it also didn't hurt and now no one can pick which tooth it was. HUGE shout out to Dr Jamie Taylor! There are other dentists at this clinic whom I'm sure are great, but I have only seen Jamie. I feel obliged to mention the always lovely and professional reception staff, the nice waiting room, that they deal easily with health insurance claims and of course Jamie's lovely assistant who patted my arm half way through and told me how brave she thought I was being. (It helped) If I ever move out of the area, no matter how far, Jamie will still be my dentist.

Two of the receptionists have left because they are treated badly behind the scenes. I feel sorry for them. I have seen the poor nurse, who seemed to my knowledge to be doing a great job! be yelled at by Dr Beata or snapped at by Dr David, then run out of the room crying and am not impressed that someone like that would be allowed to remain part of the business. DO NOT GO THERE. Freedom of speech, and saving you that visit! -Thats all I can say.

The dentist dabbed some floride paste on my sons teeth at the end of the session and charged us $45.50 on top of everything else for this! I have health insurance but that shouldn't mean that they are allowed to overcharge the way she did. I will not be back. She has lost my family (5 customers) not including the people who wont go after reading this post. Not good. This is why health insurance in becoming unaffordable for many families. We need conpetition in the marketplace that keeps prices down. Not a free for all that promoted bad practices.

Dr Olstein just waves his magic 'wand' around your sore tooth and within minutes you are NUMB! The clinic also offers sleep dentistry too. My partner was super pleased with this clinic, she had been fearing a visit to the dentist for such a long time and is now the biggest fan of Dr Olstein. He has a great bedside manner and even the dental nurses are amazing. Highly recommend this clinic.

I had been suffering with a broken tooth for a month and it had gotten to the point where something had to be done. I did some research and discovered that Dr. Olstein offeres sleep dentistry. I liked the sound of it, but after enquiring into the cost realised that it may not suite my budget. I decided to go see Dr Olstein and see what he was like. My experience at his clinic was wonderful. Right from the moment we walked in the door. The dental assistant was so lovely. She was so reassuring, gentle and professional. Dr Olstein himself was such a sweet man. He spoke to me about the possibility of keeping my busted up tooth with a root canal, but i wanted it gone. There was NO NEEDLE, he used some kind of magic called a wand. The Wand is essentially a computer-controlled dental injection. The flow rate of the local anaesthetic is controlled by a computer. This means that the injection is guaranteed to be slow and steady and therefore comfortable. I honestly didn't feel a thing. Dr Olstein was so lovely. I will be going back to him for all my dental requirements. I have even recommended him and his practice to people.
