When circumstances arose with a given subcontractor's schedule, Carter let us know in advance. He had already figured out how he would deal with the situation (or had already dealt with it). The subcontractors were always kind, respectful, competent in their various trades, and respectful of our home. We had two bathrooms completely remodeled (one of them was also enlarged), a hardwood floor installed in three bedrooms and a game room, doorways widened and new doors installed. The existing deck was enlarged and screened in (using materials that exactly matched). In addition, several items of assistive equipment were installed. Any changes we desired were accommodated. Everything was done very professionally, per the contract (with changes per our wishes). All of the work was of top-notch quality that was never compromised. Mike B.

Caden did our initial inspection and gave us all the information, truth, knowledge and professionalism an informed and caring Manager could offer. We were truly excited about what was to come! On the day of the installation, 23 Jul 26, we met Jorge the On-Site Manager and his Team, from the moment we shook hands and received the information of what was to be expected, including sending us drone photos of the process and progress, as well as, drone video's, we were truly pleased. The first team member arrived around 0530 that morning and then the rest of the crew, including one awesome woman, were there soon after, everyone was very friendly and straight to the point of preparing for the installation by protecting our home and property.
