My review on google isn't visible when my husband went to read what I wrote through the browser he uses. It may have been flagged. No one has returned his call yet. This review is just our experience. Like I said, from the beginning we had issues and the company was not helpful. The concrete we added to the posts wasn't a problem for my husband because we had no choice and unfortunately we had to do that not long after install. The color difference on the panels is an issue for me on this $8000 fence. Please reach out to discuss this. Your name is attached to this product.

Last Oct while out of town deer damaged post holding gate and opened area. Called Richy on Nov 7th called Richy. He said he would fix it "next week". Delivered 2 gate post and a bag of cement. Tried to call several times but he quit returning calls or voicemail messages. Finally gave up and fixed the broken post myself. Took 6 hrs as I am 78 years old.

After getting quotes from four different companies, Metropolitan Fence stood out immediately. Richy spent time asking detailed questions, whereas other companies just measured and left. Their quote was right in the middle--not the absolute cheapest, which actually gave me peace of mind about the quality. What really set them apart was the installation process. Richy is completely hands-on. Metropolitan Fence doesn't just sell you a project and sub it out; Richy did the upfront measurements and was onsite working alongside his crew every single day. Whenever an installation question came up, he contacted me immediately with options, weighing the pros and cons of each. He is a true professional who genuinely cares about quality and customer service. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Metropolitan Fence to anyone.

Derek had never done a gate like this before; the quality is sturdy and the value superseded my expectations. The dogs already chewed on it so I'll have to make repairs, repaint it, and paint the toppers. I am very happy with the finished product. Would recommend choosing a more durable wood like Oak or Maple but I didn't know my dogs were part beaver so that's my bad.

No trace of leak inside home and fixtures were not working with all shut offs turned on and meter turned on. After further inspection of waterlines in home and mainline, I found large leak in between home and meter under the fence post. Determined when fence was installed, the fence installer-Premier Fence LLC cut through waterline and tried to repair it themselves and did not repair properly. It has probably leaked since the make shift fix was made in haste until it finally blew apart. All the water was leaking underground and was not reaching the house line. Now the house line has been properly fixed and repaird. It is up to code and function propely with no leaks now. The total cost was $1,000 and it took 2 days for the digging and repair work to complete I contacted the company and was told by the owner that they will accept 1% of the responsibility and will not provide any compensation to correct the problem they created. It took forever, and once we were in the process I couldn't wait till it was over. It felt like the Three Stooges were sent to do the work. The painting had to be redone several times -- their "team" clearly had no idea what they were doing. We had to have them rebuild the door at least twice, because the quality was truly subpar. Six months later, the door is already showing age (see photo). They were careless with the space (inside the patio, and in the surrounding garden). They never cleaned up after themselves. I had to entirely cut back one of the plants behind the patio because it was so badly broken. I'd find nails and debris around outside that I would have to throw away; they brought plastic, but barely covered our patio furniture (so I did that myself); and they broke one of our side tables. Attention to detail was absent -- I've attached photos of just SOME of the trim corners that do not match up -- there are gaps instead. Chad and his son Adam were nice enough, but we were paying for something that should've looked excellent in the end. It looks OKAY (if you don't really look at the details), and it was no fun getting there. I would absolutely suggest using a different contractor.
