No trace of leak inside home and fixtures were not working with all shut offs turned on and meter turned on. After further inspection of waterlines in home and mainline, I found large leak in between home and meter under the fence post. Determined when fence was installed, the fence installer-Premier Fence LLC cut through waterline and tried to repair it themselves and did not repair properly. It has probably leaked since the make shift fix was made in haste until it finally blew apart. All the water was leaking underground and was not reaching the house line. Now the house line has been properly fixed and repaird. It is up to code and function propely with no leaks now. The total cost was $1,000 and it took 2 days for the digging and repair work to complete I contacted the company and was told by the owner that they will accept 1% of the responsibility and will not provide any compensation to correct the problem they created. Buyers be aware.

These guys where not great. The bulk of the fence is correctly made. So job technically done. Now…read morethe bad: 1. They need closely watched, I have an almost brand new fence on the left span on my yard, I paid them to do the front and right span, when I came out to check on them they had dug 16 post holes and laid out the post on the side that already had a fence, they just moved out 8 inches and were in the process of building a fence in front of the fence. Luckily I caught them before they poored the concrete. 2. I had them build me a gate. They cut the post too short before installing the hinges so the hinges looked bad (see photo) 3. When they came back to fix the hinge they just hammered them over the top of the post and stuck a bolt in. Still looks like awful and now the hinge is jacked. (See photo 2) 4. They required 2/3s of the money up front. So there was not much is could do about their bad workmanship. 5. They where comparatively more expensive, I thought paying more would mean better quality. I was wrong. I am not mad enough to fight them in cort over it. But I would not recommend them. Update. They sent someone back 3 times to fix the hinge issue. This is what they settled on. They took a saw to the bottom and hacked it away until gate cleared the higher outside ground. Also I didnt want to pay them before it was 100% complete but they threatened to lay a 21% fee if I didn't pay them when they decided it was done Before the gate was even fixed. So, beware that as well. They consider the job done whenever they please. Ive lowered the stars down to 1 star.

Every post is plumb, our gate is amazing, and they even were able to have ground posts for our gate to help it be secure when it's both open and closed. I had a landscaper accidentally hit a gate on a backyard fence. One of the two hinges that holds…read morethe gate was torn apart. There was no saving it, but the good thing was that the plate that were fastened to the gate and the fence post were not damaged, but the hinge was torn apart. Not a huge problem, but certainly a problem as the type of hinge that holds the gate to the fence post is not available in Home Depot or Lowes and I do not know enough about fences to even know how to begin to search for this specific hinge. I needed help! I am a regular listener to the Chris Hand Show on WTN and I heard Chris do an advertisement for Kingdom Fence Company. I was sitting in front of a computer when I heard the advertisement, so I went to Kingdom's website, uploaded the pictures of the broken hinge and submitted a request, hoping that Kingdom would know how to help me! Dave responded to my request the next day, informed me that he could order the hinge and have it installed as soon as it arrived and I was also eligible for a WTN discount as I had mentioned the advertisement I heard on Chris Hand's show. Awesome! I was able to pay online using PayPal. Dave informed me when he had ordered the part and then informed me again on when we would able to install the new hinge and he did just that! From first request to final installation, Kingdom Fence made the ordeal as easy as it could be.
