This has led to a sagging and broken gate to get to my backyard. SO.....I reach out to Yelp and got a few quotes from a few different companies, obviously Brandon came out within a day, was professional and down to earth and told me the story of moving here and buying the business to turn it around for him and his family. We talked over the repair and what we needed to do to fix the problem. Then over the course of the next two weeks several follow ups, prep emails, and the quote all were delivered as well as follow ups regularly from Lexi (office manager). Brandons quote was over $1,800 less than some other companies (realizing some just charge an outrageous amounts for a small job) and so I gave him a shot....His crew showed up (with him also) yesterday and knocked it out in about 4 hrs. He didn;t get enough boards and had to make a few extra runs to get supplies for the proper job - but he never once made an excuses. By dusk last night it was done and works great. Was everything we talked about and on budget. I would HIGHLY recommend this business now under Brandons ownership and think you will have a great experience like I did if you give him a shot!

They did a phenomenal job replacing the fence along our property's back perimeter. In addition,…read morethey were quite helpful assisting us in our permit application and subsequent correspondence with our local municipal gov. (the fence is built within our property's easement, so we needed the city to sign off). Very satisfied with their price point AND final product... the fence truly looks fantastic. However, I am withholding one star from my final rating due to the two following reasons: * it took 3+ phone calls to their office before they finally came back to remove the pile of wood from the old fencing ... AND... * when deconstructing the old fence, they piled the old wooden planks on top of a kindling holder we had crafted months earlier (nothing fancy, just a DIY using a couple of cement blocks and wooden planks)... when they came back to remove the old wood, they inadvertently also hauled off our kindling holder (initially choosing to pile wood on top of it likely wasn't the best judgement call) Yet, despite these two hiccups, I WOULD STILL COMFORTABLY RECOMMEND Big Jerry's Fencing to anyone currently in the market for a fencing crew!

My review on google isn't visible when my husband went to read what I wrote through the browser he uses. It may have been flagged. No one has returned his call yet. This review is just our experience. Like I said, from the beginning we had issues and the company was not helpful. The concrete we added to the posts wasn't a problem for my husband because we had no choice and unfortunately we had to do that not long after install. The color difference on the panels is an issue for me on this $8000 fence. Please reach out to discuss this. Your name is attached to this product.

Derek had never done a gate like this before; the quality is sturdy and the value superseded my expectations. The dogs already chewed on it so I'll have to make repairs, repaint it, and paint the toppers. I am very happy with the finished product. Would recommend choosing a more durable wood like Oak or Maple but I didn't know my dogs were part beaver so that's my bad.

They're too nice to leave a negative review, but this needs to be shared so others do not make the same mistake they did. Due to Cody's shoddy workmanship, within 12 days of the installation the fence gate had dropped to the point that the gate no longer shuts or latches. It also drug the ground making it impossible to swing open. Among other things, this was largely due to him improperly installing the needed hinges to support the gate. When my parents informed him of this, he blamed it on rain washing dirt back onto the fence (something unrelated to the problems they had), told them to "get a shovel", and later sent my mother a crybaby emoji when she asked that the come back out and fix his mistakes. Please look elsewhere if you are considering a fence installer.

After multiple sales pitches from random visitors and solicitors, SafeGuard was recommended and once we made contact, we never looked back. We went with the clean 6' white PVC vinyl with one gate and absolutely love it. Our neighbors were also in on it, so SafeGuard got to install three connecting fences, which looks great! Our Sales Rep was excellent from start to finish, and even after. He was informative, professional and not pushy, which was nice. The process was seamless and timely. There were no issues, the crew arrived when expected, were professional while on site and did great work. The warranty is also excellent. Almost two years after install, we were seeing small gaps. One call in and they had a team stop by to tighten the fence and close the gaps at no cost. Speaking of cost, SafeGuard is an excellent value! We spent around $5,000 for our fence. We received estimates from $4,500 to $25,000, so landing on the value end of that while still receiving great quality and service is an absolute win! Overall, highly recommend and glad we did business with SafeGuard!
