This is so long overdue. We worked with Bryan on a renovation and addition from January to…read moreSeptember of 2022. From before it started to after it finished, Bryan was professional, patient, and kind. We ended up refinancing with a loan that required additional hoops for Bryan to jump through, and he was timely and thorough in all that was asked of him by the lender. Also, Bryan's initial estimate only veered when he uncovered some prior damage to the house and when we altered what we wanted, there were no surprises. The work he did was incredible. We went from a 3/1 with a tiny kitchen and no real dining space or laundry area (both were contained to the kitchen area), to a 3/2 with a massive (to us) master suite, a beautiful kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry room. In addition, he oversaw the work on new siding, new windows and flooring throughout. I'm so glad we used Bryan and have/would recommend him to anyone looking to do work on their house.

During the addition build-out, his team actually discovered several issues that our original builder had done poorly and Bryan was super helpful connecting us with great sub-contractors to fix issues we wouldn't have seen until the damage was much worse. I would absolutely work with Bryan again on any home project.

A recent project involved repairing drywall in a bonus room & installing shelves, plus replacing a couple of window sashes. As usual with them, the work was top notch. I've had some poor experiences with repair companies before, both with communications and with the quality of their work. I don't have these problems with Nashville Pro and will most certainly call them again when I have more things to do around the house.
