Sammual the store manager was very helpful and top notch when it came to his knowledge, the experience was as good as it can get. Covid hit and I could not pick up the other 1/2. The district manager sold the half I did not pick up, even though it was fully paid for. No contact, like," you have to pick this up or we are going to resell it". Instead, I came to pick it up and I was informed it was sold and you cannot get this same flooring anymore. Be aware the flooring is not yours even though it's paid for. New district Manager Matt Flaherty has failed to return any follow up, simply silence.

Let me sum it all up this way: Excellent communication, quality, and craftsmanship! Job well done! We had temporary flooring in our house after some kitchen water damage. We had asked local online FB groups for recommendations and seen Fred's come up more than once as doing great work. I called and spoke with Michael and got some information from him. We made plans for a estimate of the job and he came out to our house. He was on time, or early and called prior to showing up. Here is where it gets good... Their prices were fair. Maybe not the cheapest, but that's ok. Cheap does not equate to great. Very fair quote. We decided to accept and paid 50 percent up front for flooring they had to order in from their nearby warehouse. Although a day late in confirming it had arrived, they Michael contacted us to let us know our materials had come in to their local shop in Murfreesboro and we made an appointment to start the work. Our family moved all the furniture out of the kitchen for them and when their crew showed up to begin work...guess who also showed up at the same time? MICHAEL! The sales person also came with the crew to inspect once again, check in with us and scope out the project once more. He inspected areas (under the dishwasher and refrigerator) he couldn't see before. He got on his knees and checked it all out. He discussed the project with the crew, said he'd be back to check in later and said goodbye. The crew got to work, tearing out sub-floor, tile backer and going to town on the demo. My ONLY constructive critique was that we were unprepared for the amount of dust...but I should have known better, Lol... Half the crew left to go pick up new sub-floor for the kitchen and the others kept working. Efficiency is their game! The project took two days, as planned and discussed. They worked late the first day to get it all done. Day two was hard work too. Now, we have new sub-floor, no more water damaged issues and they even got rid of a few squeaking floor areas that drove us nuts! Finally, when everything was done, Michael called to check in the next day. With two SMALL concerns, he came by the next day to check it out. All that was needed was a bit of silicone sealant in two areas and done. He had his guys come back out asap. HE personally was there each step of the way. Give the man a raise.... ;-) If you want dependability, honestly and a solid work ethic, give them a call... They cut ZERO corners and our floors look great!

I spoke with some other companies about their pricing and products, then invited the owner of Foremost to my house to quote me a hard number and discuss the details. While at my house, the owner of Foremost Carpet Sales told me that their pircing is somewhere on the lower side of average, but certainly lower than Empire. Indeed, he is correct, when all is said and done. Empire does not quote comparable products, either. Needless to say: I chose Foremost. I selected a carpet by Shaw that has a better-than-average rating. I also chose a 6-lb padding. The installation was timely and the ebd resykt is excellent. In fact, many small details were addressed and the two seams are among the best I've seen. The carpet overall feels great, looks great and cleans up easily. Generally speaking, carpet is not cheap. There are so many options for products and installers. Do your homework, get at least two quotes and let one come from Foremost Carpet Sales. Make sure to ask all the questions you can think of and compare apples to apples, as the saying goes. Then you'll probably choose Foremost as well.

The price was reasonable and they totally accommodated our hectic schedule by working mostly on Saturdays and Sundays outside of their normal hours. They also use a dustless sanding system that left almost NO evidence of them sanding over 1000 sq ft of wood floors. I highly recommend using Verchota for any of your hardwood flooring needs. The floors look brand new and I'm a very picky customer.

We were told it would take two days to complete laying hardwood floors in our kitchen. They came on time and worked all day Monday and told us someone would be there on Tuesday to complete the sanding and staining. No one showed up on Tuesday morning and after calling I was told they had not expected us to be done and the sanders/stainers were scheduled on another job that day, but would be there the next day. Ok, fine. Wed. morning, still no workers. A call to the office and I was told they had been sent to another job again and she was going to track them down and get right back to me. I had to call back a few hours later to be told that the owner was on his way to finish my floors and to expect him between 2:30-3:00. The time frame came and went, still no one even bothered to call. I had to call the office again and she assured me the owner was gathering equipment nearby and he would be by to finish them himself. By 4:30 pm, it was obvious no one was showing up. I called the office only to be told she didn't know why he hadn't known up but that she would text him. Hopefully, someone will have the decency to call me and let me know when I can expect my floors to be finished. I NEVER write reviews and am always more than understanding. But tomorrow will be day number 4 of this and my kitchen is still unusable more than 2 days later and there seems to be a total lack of concern on their part for this major inconvenience.
