Your boy got a lil buck w some ladies. Too bad Bens Glass couldn't help me out w the fix
    T M.

Yo! Ben's glass straight sucks! There ain't no nice way to say that. I feels a might bad because some review below says they a 'sweet family biz'. That may be, but they suck. Family ain't no excuse for suckiness. I kicked my cousin TP's ass this past weekend cuz he sucks at Madden and cost me a game. I might bust a relative if he messed up my biz. Just sayin' Anyway, I was trying to get Ben's out to fix the frameless shower glass at my crib. Your boy T-$ might or might not have got a lil' buck wild in the shower with two asian lovlies. Not confirming. Not denying. Just sayin it's a possibility. Peep the pic and you be the judge Back to this review. Ben's glass: They cold stood me up twice! Got out there one day and ain't have the a broom and a vacuum to clean up my joint? Sheeeiiiit?? Muf&#a say whaaaaa? I mean, why kinda glass company ain't got no basic gear like that on they rig? I mean, damn, if I told my dumb-a$$ homeboy EB Sensation that he gots to go to some foos house and repair a shower that's been smashed to bits, even his no-GED having self would bring a god-dam broom. Or, sheeeeiiit, if he forgot it, he'd take his a$$ down to the ACE hardware half a mile a way and buy one. Damn. This nonsense pisses me off. I had to cancel some plans I had with a few hoes on Saturday to clean up myself. I ain't had no broom and no vacuum neither. You know what your boy T-$ did?? He BOUGHT one. Yeah. Anyway. I call these fools on Saturday to see where they be at. Dude who answered was like, "I'm sorry senior but i'm not working today because it's too cold and snowy". I'm like, sheeeeiiiit. If my black ass could go out in this, your ass can to. Besides, it ain't like just cuz i'm from the streets my shower's in the street. Goddam!! It's inside man. And, yeah homz, I got heat too! Seriously, like what the hell right? I call these fools again just a bit ago as they was supposed to be here today between 10-11. Crickets man. Get this woman on the phone and she be like, 'yeah, they are just coming to clean today'. MuF#ck@ saaaayy whaaaat??/ I just told homeboy on Saturday I'd have to clean it. I tell this lady I ain't need to have it cleaned just fixed now. She say, "oh, we can't do that for a while"? "ahhh, hell no. This some booo-sheeeit!". I'm so strapped for time these days I tell her I still wanna do it but she gotta not charge me for the clean up and cut some money of the $1k bill. She say, get this, "we don't charge for that". Whaaaat?? There's a line item on the bill that says, "Remove shattered glass". At any rate, we got into a bit of tussle. Woman be like, "you want a discount, is that what you are saying? Off the low price I already got you?". I'm like, "nah, i ain't want no discount. I just want you to not charge me for some work I had to do my damn self!". She offered me $50. i said Booo shheeeeeiit to that. If your crew has to make a special trip cuz they ain't got the right gear then that ain't no $50 savings to you. I just cancelled the whole damn thing. Place sucks!

I live in the Harvey Park neighborhood of West Denver where the original 1950s windows are aluminum…read moreframe crank style windows that are very drafty and transfer outside noise into my home. JDI gave me outstanding options for replacing my windows at a great price. I did not get their premium windows. I just went for their second tier basic windows. The entire process from the initial consultation, measuring and ordering windows custom made for my home and installation was roughly 6 weeks. The owner who conducted the initial consultation, scheduler, crew foreman, and crew members were fast, efficient, cleaned up the demolition of the original windows beautifully and were very friendly. Some were even born and raised in the same neighborhood as me. I can't believe how nice these windows are, how they have improved the beauty, air tightness of my home for drafts, temperature changes and for outside ambient noise reduction. Their ease of use is outstanding. I can't say enough superlatives about JDI. I would give them 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU!!!!!

Extreme disappointment regarding the quality and installation of the 18 Simonton windows I…read morepurchased from JDI. The overall product quality is unsatisfactory, and the installation was subpar. I continue to experience drafts and excessive noise through all the windows. The amount of noise I receive from planes (I live nowhere near an airport) and cars is crazy; it was never like this with my old builder grade windows. Furthermore, the caulking is very sloppy. The owner said he was ok with the work and threatened to place a lien on my property the day after the windows were installed if I didn't pay, even though I was not satisfied. Following the owner's suggestion, I completed a Home Energy Audit. I have attached a few photos from that audit which clearly demonstrate significant temperature differences. I have also attached videos demonstrating the air leakage using a fog machine.(I can't attach all the pictures and videos I have and would be happy to share) After I called the troubleshooter radio show, the owner sent a crew to insulate three of the windows that I felt were the worst (which helped a little). I was then asked to pay for the insulation of the remaining windows. It is unclear why new windows would be installed without proper spray foam insulation in the first place. Additionally, two of the windows still do not close or lock correctly, even after the sashes were replaced twice. Given my significant investment, this has been a regrettable experience.

Superior Industries - Align composite insulated siding horizontal and board and batten

We were looking to replace our 28-year-old, builder-grade siding that was showing signs of water…read moreretention. After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."
