Ben's Cookies was so good--I honestly regret not going back for a second visit while I was in town! Definitely stop by if you get the chance. The matcha cookie was incredible. I told myself I'd take one bite and bring the rest home, but after that first bite, I couldn't stop! Fast service and a cute location, too.
Delicious, flavorful cookies! My favorite is peanut butter chocolate but honestly any flavors will do :) Soft, chewy, and moist. It's a small shop but a perfect place to stop by and get a cookie to go. Too bad we do not have one available in the DMV area back in the states. Maybe it's a good thing otherwise I'd be tempted to have one every day!
The best cookies around in all of London. I purchased the "Large Box" where you buy 10 cookies and get 5 for free. I purchased three of each: milk chocolate chunk, double chocolate chunk, peanut butter, fruit nut & milk chocolate and oatmeal & raisin. All were very soft, delicious and very filling. Its difficult to eat more than two at a time. Expect long lines. Be patient. Lines move quickly. Enjoy.
Solid cookie spot that has a wide variety of flavors. I will say most of the flavors are chocolate based, so if you don't like chocolate it's a little bit more difficult. The cookie was soft in the middle and crispy on the edges. The gooiness texture has definitely been done right! Service was super quick at 10am on a Saturday.
Very large cookies which are not too expensive. I had been dying to try one of their cookies since seeing them on the internet. Unfortunately, two of the flavors I wanted, the rose and the white chocolate macadamia were out, so I had to go back to the drawing board and figure out what else I would want. I went for the dark chocolate ginger, which is not something I would normally get, but it's a rather unusual flavor I love dark chocolate. The nice guy at the register recommended it and said the ginger was not too overpowering. I was glad I got this as it was a very unique in taste from the ginger which gave a more tangy bite with a chewy fruit flavor to go along with the dark chocolate, which is always a crowd pleasure for me. The cookie itself was soft and chewy. I was very full at the end of my treat, but it gave me the energy I needed to race around the streets of London. Now I won't have any trouble finding this place next time I come back!

Ask the server for a freshly baked batch - it makes a world of difference. You get that soft warm center balanced out with a slightly crisp coating. Cheat day, anyone?
My friend wanted a cookie for her birthday so I googled best cookie in London. Ben's places were listed as the top three. Hint taken. So we sent to the closest one. She for the chocolate chunk and loved her cookie and said it was worth it. I got the chocolate ginger. I like ginger, but huge peices of ginger in a cookie were a bit more than I can handle. Besides the overpowering ginger the cookie itself was delicious. We will be back.

This was, in no small part, due to my visit to Ben's Cookies where I enjoyed a warm, decadent peanut butter and chocolate cookie. It hit the spot! The cookie tasted fresh and was nice and thick, but still soft and delicious I believe the cookie was sold by weight and they offer a few other accompaniments, but cookies are the main feature, without a doubt! I can't wait to return and try another cookie.
Pretty good cookies. Quite gooey just how I like it. However, my go to is always the standard chocolate chip and somehow this place doesn't have a standard chocolate chip cookie. I had a double chocolate chunk and a milk chocolate chunk. I liked the milk chocolate chunk better. This was the only cookie shop I tried in London so don't really have anything to compare it to. Shop is in a real busy area. read more

We picked up the dark chocolate cookie and it was warm and delicious! You get a large chunk of pure chocolate. Yum!!! Service was fast and a delight. A small place just big enough to pick up your cookie like a drive through. Very efficient. Thank you! read more

used to live in london( south kengsington was right in the center idk if this is the right one but still) when i was five. the cookies are a staple of my child hood 10/10 recommend the cookies like melt in your mouth! read more

WOW! These cookies make me want to never leave London! Its impossible to miss just follow your nose to those delightful smells of freshly baked cookies. It's set up in a tiny store so the line is always out of the door for good reason! The workers are very efficient without making you feel rushed so they keep the line moving quickly. I tried the white chocolate chunk, the milk chocolate, and the praline. I recommend trying more than one flavor so you don't have to wait in the line again. They have a great deal if you buy 4 cookies, it comes in a cute tin you can take with you even on an airplane. Insider tip : wait for the freshly baked cookies! Delicious, warm and soft cookies at Ben's Cookies. We went to the one in Covent Garden and waited in a bit of a line, which proved its worth after one bite. They have a buy 4 get 2 free deal that's great if you're in a larger group. Prices are reasonable and though the demand was high, they kept bringing out new and freshly baked cookies. If you're visiting London and happen to see a Ben's Cookies where you are, don't hesitate to try one (or some!) read more
I felt so deceived! It's been a few hours since I passed by this cookie shop and I've been debating on trying this. I finally gained the courage to regret my decision and walked in. There were so many options but I played it safe with the chocolate chip cookie. I somehow got conditioned to enjoy chocolate chip cookies from the south. I took my first bite and my wrinkles from smiling frowned. The chocolate was melting very sexy but the dough was crumbly into pieces. How can such a pretty pieces of chocolate be paired with a terrible dough base? Expensive and not worth my calories. I regretted it. read more

These cookies are honestly some of the best I've ever had. It's such a shame it's SO EXPENSIVE (you're paying around $3 per cookie). However, I was able to mentally justify my purchase by doing the cookie + large hot chocolate deal for £3.95. A venti hot chocolate at Starbucks is £3.15 so you're paying about 80p for a cookie which is more reasonable. The regular cookies are done by weight or box as most others mentioned. In terms of what cookie to get, don't listen to anyone else here. You cannot go wrong with a cookie here so get what you like not what yelp says is good. I don't like white chocolate so there's no point in spending that much on a white chocolate cookie. I bought the Milk Chocolate Praline, and it was just as delicious as the rest. I got lucky, and my batch was fresh out of the oven. Try to eat them hot even if that means waiting to get home and heating them. This place is definitely a must-try at least once. p.s. The shop is practically a booth but amongst a bunch of stores. There's no seating just grab-and-go. read more

Delicious cookies -- so soft and mushy in the center. They have a bunch of options including Milk Chocolate, MC + peanut butter, MC + orange, MC + pralines, MC + macadamia, white chocolate cranberry, dark chocolate ginger... I really liked the Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter. You can also order your cookie with a scoop of ice cream. read more

If you want something quick to grab and it happens to be something sweet you're craving.. try Ben's Cookies. It's located in Covent Garden and may I say fabulous taste of cookies and a terrific assortment and I just had to try it! 10/10 would recommend it! read more

Cookies from here are huge, plump, soft, goey, and so delicious! I've never had anything like it! The only downside is, it's loaded with lots of butter! Just lift the cookie off of the bag and you'll see a huge oil mark! 4.5 stars Honestly, one of the tastiest cookies I've ever had! I've always been a chocolate chip kinda gal so I stuck with that since you can't go wrong with a classic. They actually had a dark chocolate version of it, which I had to get since I love dark chocolate and it was absolutely delicious. Not the cheapest at £1.44 (a little over $2) for just one (hence the half star deduction), but it's a pretty hefty cookie. Plus, everything in London seems to be on the pricier side so I guess the price is somewhat expected lol. It's a small storefront located in the Covent Garden market building. You'll typically see a line of people waiting to order so you know they're doing something right. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in London! read more
