Only tasted the mozzarella no ricotta or other cheese minimal seasoning. Also, it was seemed to taste like microwaved leftovers. Meat was a hamburger. It had the texture of a flat topped burger and repurposed to lasagna no sausage flavor no seasoning as is usual in lasagna. Also the hamburger was like leftover burgers chopped up. The noodles lacked texture and there was no appearance of ripples on the edge. It seemed to have a lack of seasoning although the bread had a definite red pepper flavor not the expected garlic butter. I think I'll skip the lasagna if there is a next time. The Cajun Noodles were with a healthy serving of Chicken and a few (three) shrimp (Medium) and 8 little scallops (Bay Scallops) and andouille sausage and chicken strips.
