Well we go to the dealership and drive a few. Find one I liked and they were cleaning it. We decided after several hours to go eat. We asked a couple of people about it and they tried to lead us elsewhere. I wanted to try this place because they are usually the best places. It didn't disappoint!! Really clean inside. People inside and out were super nice!! And the food was off the charts! I ordered the fish and it said two pieces. Pictured small ones, but nope! Fresh, fried to perfection and delicious! Served with fries or onion strings, salad and toast! My mom and friend ordered the shrimp and they were delicious also (I had to taste them). They were huge and tails off which made them easy to eat. We ordered a side of onion strings, which were great and some fried pickles (don't judge) they were good but I had so much food I shouldn't have ordered them!! I give them 5 stars because I couldn't give more! And I let the dealership know they need to be sending people there! One guy said they had great breakfast!

Judging from the reviews, this isn't the norm. The fries were hot and plentiful; we only ate half of them. All in all, we're glad we stopped here.

When we visited four years ago, we felt rushed. I felt rushed this time as well. Obviously, Tia Juanita's is doing very well. You can't swing a rope without seeing another TJ's in SETX. It's probably just not our jam. I like a nice meal without feeling rushed. I also prefer to eat with a proper fork and knife. I would, however, like for the manager to respectfully respond to negative reviews. They seem to respond to positive reviews only.

Unfortunately, the chicken fried steak had similar issues to the mushrooms--the breading wouldn't stay attached to the meat, and the steak was very chewy. Overall, I'd rate the food around a 2/5. It wasn't inedible, but it wasn't enjoyable enough to make me want to come back. The restaurant itself is clean, attractive, and has a nice atmosphere, which was probably the highlight of the visit. On the drive home, I started feeling pretty nauseated. I'm not saying I got food poisoning, but the meal definitely didn't leave me feeling great. Our favorite place to eat when we are in Orange! Armand and his wonderful staff never disappoint. Every dish we have had at Luigi's has been exceptional. Highly recommend the pizza, as well. The Hunny and I shared a Razorback, aka a meat lovers pizza, and the Girl had her own Chicken Ranch. "I've had pizza with ranch dressing on it, but I've never had a pizza with ranch dressing IN it." Translation: the tomato sauce was replaced by ranch dressing. I enjoyed the strong taste of the pepperoni & sausage. The food is good, but these should be treated as personal pizzas. Now for the less important things. Brick Oven Pizza is the prominent tenant in this small complex on the main highway, so it's easy to find. Smallish interior, half full at a prime time on Saturday. Menu is well organized. Hipster servers did their job and that's it. DARK interior, and before you think "romantic", remember the neon beer signs on the walls and sports on the TV and AC/DC on the sound system. Brick Oven Pizza appears to try to go opposite of the solid middle class vibe of Bridge City. So there you have it. A small gourmet pizza in a dining experience unique to most of Orange County TX. Be prepared.
