Trish was easy to work with; she was extremely flexible and we were able to make our flavor and headcount selections 5 days prior to the big day which relieved a lot of stress. As soon as we walked in we were told that it was going to be a wait which was fine but when we said we also have a baby and a 3 year old we were told that we couldn't wait inside we had to go outside and someone would come and get us when they good. We were so shocked we left mortified. The kids didn't make a peep the whole time we were there. We will never return to the muffin patch and hope someone teaches them some manners and how to do proper customer service
