Jenny came to my family highly recommended by my aunt and it was the best decision we have ever made using Faithful Friends. To speak to the extent Jenny goes and her genuine love and willingness to take care of her "clients", our older pup is about 7 and has always been incredibly anxious particularly during thunderstorms. While we were in Florida this past week, a huge storm came through and not only did Jenny make sure to monitor its progress to ensure our pup got his anxiety medicine in time for relief but when the power went out, she went out of her way and far past the time she was paid for to bring over battery powered lights and set them up around our home to get the animals through the power outage most comfortably. She sat with both our dogs for a while giving them lots of love before heading home to her own family sending pictures and updates the entire time.
