This is a quaint welcoming coffee shop, with customers working and chatting with friends. The Bergamot Matcha Latte was well made. Citrus, floral, and mixed well with matcha, delicious! Wife had the Infused Honey Latte with almond milk and enjoyed it. Smelled and tasted great! The coffee art was also well made! Definitely give this place a try!

It's really nice inside, clean and bright, lots of seating and a large assortment of coffee, cocoa and other items to purchase to take home. The line wasn't long but it was still nice to get our order taken care of by one of the employees while we waited. When we got to the counter we added a cookie to our order and the drinks came right out! The counter person was very friendly! Here's the thing....unless I missed it there was no restroom? Maybe it was outside? And although I saw mostly all excellent reviews on Yelp, I thought my coffee (the cold Milky Way) was just ok. I'm not sure what would have made it better, but it just wasn't that great. I did like the fact that it had no ice (which means more coffee in your cup) but was still cold and refreshing.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming, even when there's a steady stream of customers coming through. They are quick! My go-to drinks are the iced horchata latte with whip and the hot cinnamon honey latte. Both are absolutely delicious and worth coming back for again and again. If you're hungry, don't skip the green chile burrito. It's one of my favorites. They also carry fresh donuts from MK in Sebastopol, and they're always so yummy when you can snag one. I love that they feature artwork from local artists throughout the café. On my last visit, I picked up a beautiful piece to support a local artist, which made the experience even more special. Whether you're grabbing a coffee before heading to the river, exploring town, or just looking for a cozy spot to relax, Sunshine Coffee Roasters is a Forestville gem that perfectly captures the spirit of the community.

There's also some nice outdoor seating off to the side with more greenery and shade. Ordered one of their spring drinks: Violet Shade, a matcha latte with lavender and mint. I got mine with almond milk and to be half sweetened. It's a bit pricey coming out to $8ish for a hot 12oz drink but I do Ike treating myself once a week for a good cafe stop. I could have settled for a regular matcha too! Love that they give mugs for any "for here" drinks too. Drink was cozy and very good! Lavender was there but didn't overpower the matcha. Good microfoam in the drink and no clumps at the bottom of my mug when the drink was gone! All good signs of a well made matcha drink. Hope to be back soon to try their espresso drinks with their own roasts!

You order at the counter. To the back right is the roasting area, which they do certain mornings of the week. The servers were welcoming and friendly to answer my questions. I chose a bag of dark roast beans and had it ground for pour over to share at home. It was delicious, strong and flavorful. Prices were reasonable too. If it was earlier in the day, I would've loved to try some there too. If you're a fan of locally roasted coffee, this worth a visit.

It's light to medium the tasting notes say nectarine, honey, and milk chocolate. It was really good. For the delight my husband and I picked the savory pie. Luckily they had corner prices so we could taste the crust, which was buttery, flaky, and delicious. There are pretty cool breakfast options too. Needless to say this is a for sure return for us. The crowd coming and out is validation of a cool spot. It would not be right for me to miss an opportunity to shoutout their team. The man that helped us did everything to make our experience great. It truly was a great experience, thank you very much. Hope to you on our next t trip.

Indoor and outdoor seating, we fell in line to get some coffee and breakfast to soak up the leftover wine and other alcohol in our systems. I got a plain black coffee, the egg and cheese bagel with "sausage," and my friend got a biscuit sandwich. It was a busy kitchen, and a busy interior. The layout seemed like I could walk right into the kitchen, so wasn't sure which part was for employees or which was for customers. LOL Just wow. I got the bagel sandwich with a jalapeno bagel. Let me tell you, this bagel sandwich and the biscuit sandwich were massive. Massive. It lasted me 2 meals. What's even more impressive is if you didn't tell me the sausage was not meat... I wouldn't have known... it was so flavorful, and just enough grease to give me a little life after my hangover. Will definitely be back..
