I came in last weekend and the biscuit with jelly tasted like we never skipped a day together. I got the last one of the day too, so it felt like it was meant to be. By far they have some of the best baked goods any coffee shop has. I always stick to the lattes, they can be a bit sweet so I ask for less sugar when I'm getting a flavored one. I also tried the butterfly lemonade this time and it was a perfect blend of flavor. I love the community feel of the location. Lots of tables inside and plenty of space to sit outside. They also had local art up on the wall, some of the items were already sold - would be great to have some prints on hand. I always buy their stickers at the counter too. Overall, such a gem.

I have my go-tos (cinnamon honey latte) but it sucks when a barista doesn't know how to make a drink and takes 5x longer (so now late to his game sheesh). Idk this kid didn't seemed new because he was greeting customers by name. He made other drinks of people who came after me. I was not satisfied with my visit today and only a few times this has happened in the past. My iced latte was missing the honey lol one of the important ingredients listed in its name. Tasted disgusting and had to add the honey myself, so you know what happens to honey in cold drinks. What a disaster. And for this my overall rating did go down so hopefully have a positive update in the near future!

The indoor space greets you with ceilings so soaring you half expect a choir to descend and start harmonizing about espresso beans. The ambiance makes you want to stay well after you've actually finished your drink. My friend, a certified drink connoisseur, insisted I order the peanut butter mocha. I did. It ruined me. This drink walked in, introduced itself, and immediately filed for a permanent spot in my life. I'm not saying I've thought about it every day since -- I'm saying I've thought about it every hour since. Will I be back? Obviously. Am I already plotting my route there? Also obviously. I could have settled for a regular matcha too! Love that they give mugs for any "for here" drinks too. Drink was cozy and very good! Lavender was there but didn't overpower the matcha. Good microfoam in the drink and no clumps at the bottom of my mug when the drink was gone! All good signs of a well made matcha drink. This is something a lot of coffee places simply skip and it makes a big difference in the end product. This place knows what they're doing. My wife and I are coffee nerds who roast and make out espresso at home on a professional machine. We are coffee snobs. There are not many coffee shops that make coffee as good as what we get at home but this is one of them. Their bagels are chewy jerky like hockey pucks. The owners should go and try a bagel at Bonnie's bagels in Sebastopol. This is what a bagel should be like.
