They came for a consultation telling me all wiring would be done inside the house like I wanted yet when they came back for the job they routed all wiring outside the house. The claimed that the $40 consultation fee would be put towards the installation total. I've been calling them back almost daily to get that money back since they didn't put it towards the job and they won't answer or return my calls. They put large holes in a few places in my house including 2 very large holes that they didn't route wiring through. So they basically drilled two 3 inch holes and changed their mind about using them. They never fixed them so I have to pay someone else to come fix them. They put a 4 inch hole in my ceiling that has 3 small wires going into. I'm not sure why the hole needed to be so large. They did not tack the wires on the walls. They instead wrapped them around a shelf to keep them from moving around. On top of that, they charges me $1200 for the job. I've never had such a poor and upsetting job done on anything in my life. Definitely stay away from this company if you want the job done right.

One camera before the storm kept missing up and was not fixed. This is why we don't use people on Thumbtack! These cameras are supposedly life time warranty but we'll rather pay for better service and new cameras!! Today 1/21/2025 he arrived, setup my network, configured it, taught me about the app that controls it and worked to make sure the installation was clean, neat, and the wiring / cable management was done well. We still have some additional pieces to finish, but are waiting on a back ordered product. So as promised, I've updated the review accordingly based on the work done today. They were very quick to respond to my initial request with the information I needed. After exchanging some necessary information, we scheduled an install date. Their pricing was very competitive. Jake was very communicative. He sent a reminder and on the day of install, kept me informed of his arrival time, etc. He was right on time. He began his work and was incredibly thorough in his approach. He unmounted my old/dead TV and prepped for the new one. Once he got it mounted, everything looked great with all the cables hidden. We went through the initial setup together to insure everything was in working order. Jake cleaned up after himself to the point you wouldn't have known he'd even been there. I can't recommend them enough for their quality work and their professionalism.
