Made a reservation for 9pm. Checked in again at 9:10pm after initially checking in only to be told that they were backed up still taking 8pm reservations and would be another 30 minutes. We decided to leave and eat somewhere else. I did get messaged about the table being ready at 9:50pm. What's the point of a reservation if you have to wait at least another 30 minutes plus. Very disappointed. read more

After an hour and still didn't get our main course. Ambiance was ok, it was cool to see the "chefs" doing their thing at the tables, unfortunately it was not to be for us. My first time there, my last time there. read more

Amazing service, our server Gaby was very sweet and pleasant! The drinks and food are delicious !!! Great experience!!

this place is so amazing! Mostly because of our server who went above & beyond! Her name is Razel! . She was incredibly sweet and attentive throughout our meal. She always made sure our glasses were never empty, frequently offering refills without us even having to ask. She also went above and beyond by suggesting different sauces and appetizers, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor and excellent service really stood out and added to the overall great atmosphere of the restaurant. We'll definitely be coming back, thanks to the wonderful service we received! read more

This has always been a favorite place of mine. I will say this experience was a bit disappointing. Our server did not seem that enthusiastic as did not give much of a show with her cooking. Also theflavor of the food was a bit bland. He did not use much seasoning. I decided to take a good portion of my meal home and then flavored it up, which was amazing. read more

We had lunch reservations to celebrate Mothers day at 2:15 and they failed to inform us that they were running behind. 30 minutes later I went back to check what time we would be seated and they informed me that they were running approx. 1 hour behind schedule. We waited an hour and no call. No apology from management. Guest were walking out after being seated and still having to wait for an hour for their chef to cook their food. We decided to leave. I received a text that our table was ready at 4pm. Our mothers day lunch was ruined. Do not make reservations here for special occasions. It looks like they over book and do not honor their reservation times. read more

Made reservations for 7:15pm for Mother's Days unfortunately they told me it's a 2 hour wait with reservations. Thanks for ruining Mother's Day for me , poor management at its finest ! What's the point of reservations if you can't commit to it. read more

Everything was great! This is absolutely a dining experience everyone must see. Our server, Heidi, also helped us review the menu when we had some people in our party come here for the first time :) thank you for the great food and service! read more

We had precious as our cook, and she was amazing. The best food that I've had at any Benihana's. She flavored everything so well. And had the best jokes. She is also the first female cook that I've ever seen, Benihana's needs to hire more. The only reason why I gave a four-star review is because the server could've done a little bit better. Could have been a little bit more friendly. read more

Angel, was my server and he was amazing, fun and he really is a great chef. Food was fantastic.

Went here last night with clients (this is where they chose to go). The food was good for your typical teppan place. We had sushi and the usual teppan (scallops, shrimp, steak, chicken). For this kind of food, I think everything was standard. The chef was really fun and very entertaining. We were seated with a family whose 7 year old was celebrating her birthday. She had a blast. The service wasn't great but that was really bc they were short staffed. That's normal these days during COVID. So it was a little frustrating, but honestly it wasn't as bad as some places have been during the pandemic. read more

Great service, great atmosphere, and Evelyn was superb. Will definitely come back and recommend this location.

good service and food from chef john and server alexa who were both kind and helpful would recommend requesting their services at this location read more

I made a reservation and confirmed the reservation the day before. Upon arrival, we were told we would be seated shortly... Which turned out to be an understatement. I can understand there being some wait, especially on a holiday weekend. However, the lack of transparency upon our initial check-in followed by an excessive wait, over an hour after our reservation time, is why I wanted to give them 1 star. The actual staff did the best they could in the situation, which is why I gave 2 starts. Work out your reservation system Benihana! read more

This place is no bueno. I hate to have to rate so low but let me explain why. I made reservations a week prior to Easter for 12 and when I arrived they made us wait 20 mins and seated walkins and then when we asked about our reservations they came back and said "my manager said they will have a table ready in 10 mins". So wait time for reservations was 35mins. We get seated and we have a thin waitress who doesn't talk loud enough that we had to ask many many times for her to repeat herself and I must admit the Loud music and people cooking didn't help the situation. She then still got our order wrong, forgot the silverware so we had to hunt her down after our food was served and I really didn't like the fact that they give you a menu that is dinner prices and never explain that they have a lunch menu for half the price that excludes a salad. Rip off! On top of that our bus boy helped us more then our waitress for boxes and silverware. Our chef was nice but didn't make most of his tricks correct unfortunately. The food was good tasting and enough for the lunch price but or or dinner prices. Overall I would never go back to this Benihana's at all. The hostesses are no help and seem to be away from the font desk then be at it. read more

Made a reservation a month in advance since I wanted to bring my brother and sister in law for their first time for their anniversary (special occasion ) it was for a Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm . We got there right on the dot. .From the start the young ladies in the front seemed frustrated to be ther on a Wednesday evening. In my reservation my special request was to have the server we had previously (last time I visited) ... I had to ask a couple times how much longer and I kept getting the response they are setting up our table .. it wasn't til half an hour later that they sat us down ( keep in mind we had reservations and still waited half an hour ) . The lady that walked us to our seats seemed so over it , just bad vibes overall , I had to initiate if she can bring us water . The server I requested couldn't help us so they send Robert to b our server and he gave me expectations his service will be better ... it wasn't till like 20+mins after being seated they finally brought our waters. . . I understand it Can get busy but a little heads up or communication would of been appreciated, I literally had to get up an HOUR after being seated and look for our server and ask why it's taking so long , another party in front of us that had gotten there a little after us alrdy had their Cook cooking for them , and all we had was our drinks , soup & salad , not even the full appetizers I had ordered & the chicken tenders I had ordered for my 3 yr old that was hangry alrdy . Robert apologize and spoke to the manager , within 5-10 mins the Cook arrived and the rest of the order did as well . .. thank you Robert for taking it up to your manager. But I am just very disappointed and embarrass of this whole experience , I had to get up a couple times to get an explanation, very unnecessary, I brought my brother hoping him and his wife would get the same experience I got last time for for my parents anniversary. This time it was just horrible. I would of appreciate some communication . And not try to excuse it by saying that it was because "we were waiting on the server you requested" or because the "Cook was getting his stuff ready " ; what was the whole point of waiting half an hour to go inside then ? and yet I still didn't even get the server I requested, I don't understand why even hav an option to do reservations or have a special request ... Kelly ( server that took over since Robert was goin to break ) thank you for at-least making the last part somewhat nice by bringing some ice cream and putting a candle and singing the happy song in Japanese for my brother n sister in law , that was cute . Overall this experience made me not want to come back to this location . read more

We were celebrating an 18th birthday with a group of 30. The host was professional and accommodating, we coordinated activities and food services so we could have 4 chefs cooking at the same time. The party was great. Chefs went out of their way to make it fun for all the girls Chefs Qual, Darren, Christian and Ricky were fantastic. Our servers Denise and Kelly were fabulous they made sure all the drinks and services were timed perfectly and that everyone was being taken care of. I The food was great, the entertainment was fun. I didn't even have to ask for anything. They were all on point with making this a special evening for all. I would definitely recommend, we really enjoyed. read more

Worst dining experience of our lives. We had our reservation at 7:45 keep in mind they ask to show about 15 min before so we arrived at 7:25. We didn't get seated until 9:30 !
