I had called other electrician companies and all their emergency service appointments were all booked up. Calling Vaccarella Electric Services should have been my first call. Roberto picked up and wanted to solve the issue immediately over the phone. My initial diagnosis was completely off and in less than 3 minutes Roberto was able to determine the issue based on what I told him and answering his questions of what I saw. He told me to head outside and look at the piping connected to the meter. When I did, the meter was throwing up, "888888." That confirmed to me Roberto's diagnosis. It turned out to be a PSEG matter which saved me from having to get charged a service call. He quickly figured out that a breaker had overheated and needed to be replaced. I've updated our portal work order which John has access to, I've called and texted, he just won't pick up or respond now. Montillo's already been paid for the job that no one in my building saw happen, so I guess he does not care. $900+ dollars to inspect a 4 unit building. Unsure if there were any repairs. I asked a few questions, everything was straight forward and easy to understand. On the day of the project, we talked over in detail my options for a fireplace outlet. Without a doubt I had full confidence that they would be able to finish the project, not only successfully, but presentable and neatly. A few approvals and the project began. Juan and Tony treated my home as their own. They put drop clothes and plastic sheeting over everything to protect furniture, floor, etc. Used a vac and everything to keep a clean working area. Tony is very knowledgeable of the install! They tackled the attic to run wires, got the electrical box on the fireplace, and the rest was history! They also included mounting my full motion tv mount.
