She gave one of the most relaxing massages I've ever had. I mentioned tight glutes and ankle tendinitis, and she worked on both with care. The facial was gentle and refreshing--my skin felt so smooth afterward. My face is glowing! The spa has a cozy, peaceful vibe that instantly puts you at ease. I'll definitely be back for more sessions. Heads up: Parking in the medical plaza is tough. Give yourself at least 40 minutes to find a spot and avoid stressing before your appointment.

She was absolutely amazing! I did the deep tissue with the hot stones and my body felt rejuvenated after. Norma was very informative and explained to me the different steps of the massage (for example, she told me how stress had caused fluid to buildup underneath my arms, which I didn't even know!). She massaged areas that I didn't even know were tense and was very respectful when massaging my thigh area. As I was paying at the end of the appointment, Norma asked me how I felt and I told her I was good but there was just a little bit of pain in my upper back area but that it was ok and instead of being satisfied with my answer, Norma helped stretch me out until I was pain free. I paid for one hour and it ended up actually being an hour and 15 minutes because Norma went above and beyond for me. I truly recommend her and this spa. I went in after having a long night at the ER for my severe gastritis and reflux. For the last 15-20 yrs, I can not remember not waking up to vomit, or not having a difficult time eating without reflux. On my first visit, Dr. Rogg asked me a few health questions and proceeded to diagnose me. Dr. Rogg did an acupuncture treatment and light back massage to straighten my back. It is hard to explain how much something that seems so simple had an effect on me. The next morning, I woke up feeling like a completely different person. I was not nauseous and my body was allowing me to eat. I was very skeptical at first, thinking my mind was playing tricks on me, but the feeling has stayed true. Like I said in the beginning of the review, I have had 2 more appointments since I was introduced to Dr. Rogg's practice, and every time I left renewed. Dr. Rogg is a most valuable member of our Cutler Bay community. I wish I knew about him earlier! I recommend him to every person that I tell my story to. Highly recommended.
