In-store purchase history of 2 different transactions in this store for over $100 using Ulta points! I then had to drive to my local Ulta and have them change my personal info back on my account and add check ID to my account name. Nancy immediately asked thoughtful questions--about sugar intake (which was high) and sports (she plays varsity soccer). She then asked for a photo and quickly suspected fungal acne rather than traditional acne. Nancy made several practical recommendations, including reducing sugar and trying an over-the-counter antifungal. I was called repeatedly by a desk person to schedule a "surgery" and never once heard from an actual doctor to tell me what the biopsy results were. imagine getting a voicemail from an admin that says - hey we need to schedule your surgery; you hear nothing from an actual doctor. after 2 months of having the biopsy taken I finally actually received a letter explaining results vs some desk person calling me to schedule a "surgery". I'll never go back here. the letter is signed by a "doctor" that I've never heard of or met; I looked him up and he's a PA and not an MD. I'll be going elsewhere so it feels less like a heist and more like we are actually patients being seen by doctors who care. don't go here.
