Unfortunately, the service only went downhill from there. The technician applied the polish so thick on my toenails that it was clumped up badly. When I pointed it out, she removed it only to then apply more thick coats the same way. I explained that it would never dry like that, and I ended up telling her to just remove the polish completely. I left without polished toenails after paying for a pedicure. Before getting my nails done, I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted. She said "okay," but the final result looked nothing like the photo I showed her. This was my second time giving this salon a chance because I was also disappointed the first time. Unfortunately, this visit was just as disappointing and felt like a complete waste of money. I will not be returning and would recommend finding a different nail salon. The second photo is what I asked for and the first photo is what I got.

She was just sitting around talking to friend. I told her I just wanted brow lines cleaned up. She proceded to pull plugs of brows out! I have very fine hair, and barely can tell when they have done this before. I heard, and felt, the "hunks" being pulled. When I looked in mirror, my brows were mostly gone! No way I was going to confront her (she was kind of sketchy!). NEVER NEVER GO HERE!
