I asked her "What is your problem "? she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth and looked right the lady at the next register (the manager, and the manager did not say a word, just smirked) . I asked for the GMs InforMarion and they didn't want to give it to me. she finally told me she was the manager and I told her what had happened the time before and asked why her store clerk standing in front of me (who had the most horrible makeup on BTW) had "a nasty attitude nasty and poor customer service"? The only thing she said me "sorry you feel that way". I work in REAL customer service & the GM would have fired myself & the manager for that behavior & not apologizing & fixing the issue. If one of my employees would have done that to me and rolled their eyes infront of a customer and sucked their teeth like they're better then anyone else I would have written them up! Do yourself a favor and find another Sally's to go too. You would think with the poor selection of product ( they have nothing & it is a very small store, a lot out of stock) , they would have great customer service ‍ NOPE they do not, go somewhere reputable & if you're in hair school use your school ID somewhere else OR order straight from the company. Went thru the drive thru to pick up just to find out it was a incomplete order. One was 5 pill out of 90 and was told should be ready tomorrow. The other one was not filled at all, said they don't even have a order for that med. I said i know you have it because the other walgreens said they had it by mistake and were sending it to you guys. So what could possibly go wrong from one bad walgreens to another. Well it did go wrong, and the heavy set woman in the drive thru was very adamant the never heard of the picription. Being really upset with this store as bad as any walgreens i decided to drive off. Now get this, when i got home after calling the doctor's office to try to get it filled again. The medication that they knew nothing about was in the bottom of the bag. There is no one in that store worth 15 dollars an hour. Top pay should be about 9.50 at most. This place is a real joke never i mean never would i walk into this or any walgreens again. P.S ALL THE WOMEN IN THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT HAVE REALLY BAD PERSONALITIES AND SEVERE ANGER ISSUES.
