Customer Service: The woman I spoke with on the phone to make an appointment was very nice and accommodating - I made an appointment for a deep tissue massage the very same day. The ladies at the desk were great too - one of whom was the masseuse (I think her name was Debbie but apologies if that's not right). Debbie, my masseuse, was very warm and friendly, and went over my injury history, tight spots, etc. before beginning. She was easy to talk to, but didn't talk for most of the massage (something I hate when it occasionally happens). Deep tissue massage: I scheduled a deep tissue massage b/c I get tight, sore muscles from rock climbing and gymnastics, and enjoy a really deep, almost painful but not quite, tissue massage. Debbie asked about pressure before we began, and I said the more the better! However, I can't see the difference between my massage and a standard relaxation massage, b/c her touch was so light. It felt good, don't get me wrong, but it was more like a relaxing back rub than the kneading required to get into the muscles and work out knots and soreness. She did a thorough job, covering all areas of the body including legs, arms, head and face (after asking), and I was certainly sorry to hear when the hour was up. Maybe a different masseuse would have a deeper pressure style, or maybe they just need to re-name their massages and advertising. Either way, I would recommend this for a nice, relaxation massage, and save the deep tissue massage for elsewhere. I also couldn't beat the pricing since I had a groupon ($35 for an hour massage), though their regular pricing (around $70-75) is nothing remarkable. Salon looked clean and well-maintained (opened last year I believe so it should be). Worth checking out!

I normally don't like to wear makeup, and wanted a natural look. She nailed it! The bridal party and moms were just as happy with how their hair and makeup turned out as well! Nothing. Now I'm scrambling. I delayed getting ready sooner to work with their schedule and they didn't even have the courtesy to inform me about theirs. Unprofessional and extremely disheartening. I'd schedule with caution, especially if you have an event.
