It's one of the only places open on Mondays. Shrimp salad is excellent, as is the chicken salad. Trio salad is a bargain.

We drove an hour from Lancaster, intrigued by all the good reviews. Great experience. We got the…read moreclassic Philly cheesesteak and a hot turkey. (The "hot" refers to the long hots - it's a cold sub.) Both were at least 4.5 and maybe 5/5. The turkey sub was fabulous. And huge. All the ingredients for the cheesesteak were top notch, but as always, I would have preferred less cheese and more onions. There are four or maybe five stools for eating inside; otherwise you have to take it outside where they have a couple of tables out front. We did that. As we were finishing our meal, Sonny himself came out and asked how it was. Super super nice guy who obviously takes a ton of pride in what he does. I recommend this place with no hesitation. Thanks Sonny, and we will be back!

I explained that due to physical limitations I can not come in & must have it delivered. They only offer delivery thru DoorDash. She told me it was DoorDashs problem that she didn't have time to look at it. I asked if I could order ANYTHING the same price or slightly more & just add a note to make it a chicken salad sandwich. She said no. I asked why she said because you'll just have to order something off of what's there. Horrific customer service & ABLEIST. Those who are disabled - you've been warned!

I am unable to get out much so we got take out breakfast this morning from Village Market and cafe…read more My wife said the shop was clean though there isn't much to see. The counter person was very pleasant. My wife had a delicious breakfast sandwich of bacon egg and cheese on a brioche bun. She said the bacon cooked well and the brioche bun just soft enough. A winner. I had the French toast, three fluffy, sweet flavored slices of brioche bread with powdered sugars. It came with butter and syrup in the side, the syrup tasted maple real. The bacon crisp, five or six slices! My better half also purchase some other delectable, but would telll me what it is. I'm sure it's yummy. Recommended!

They had a few tables to sit, eat, relax at. The market has an opening to the bar at Pairings. I didn't ask when I picked up my cookie and scone but I wonder if I could have had it warmed up...hmm a question for next time I'm back, I suppose! And FYI: those pastries?! Yes, so much yes. The ratio of cookie to chocolate chip is highly respectable. Dare I say 50/50?! Even slightly skewed for chocolate??!? And the scone. It was actually a scone. And done well. Have you ever bought a scone and it was really a muffin in disguise? Or some sort of a croissant in another life? Well, this was a scone. Legit scone. Not too dense, not too light. Crumbly without falling apart or being too flakey. Good flavor. Bravo, scone, bravo!
