She had been cutting my hair for years before we ever had the conversation about me possibly doing something with color, specifically balayage. What I love most about Becca is that she really does care about your style and will spend time with you during your appointment to actually look at pictures, pins on Pinterest, etc. A lot of stylists I've been to sort of rush that process along, which can be really unnerving when you're spending time and money for color treatments -- Becca will never do that to you! They were able to get me in a couple of weeks. I didn't have to wait long. There is a $25.00 fee for new patients (non refundable) which I understand incase of no shows. They sent me a questionnaire and health info information to fill out online so I didn't have to do it at the office. Very easy and quick. This place is pretty big, not only do they do dermatology, it's also a place they do Botox and other cosmetic procedures. It's so clean and the staff is attentive/ super friendly. My dermatologist was Emi Dougherty, CNP - Certified Nurse Practitioner. She was very patient and answered all my questions. They prescribed me Opzelura cream for my eczema.
