Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

I signed a contract for their services I was having the supplies delivered to my home. In the meantime, I had other services being done in my home. One of the contractors stated he would do my home for 4 thousand dollars less. Of course , this up set me. I confronted Ron-about this, he stated the contractor was probably a "garage door contractor " who has no has no rating on an acceptable site. He boasted about the company's rating and then laughed at me. The two companies are both on the BBB as being in very good standing. Then he told me to get more estimates. Unfortunately, that was the week we had a large snowfall and it couldn't be done at that time. what bothered me is he didn't say, what can I do to make you more comfortable with this? it seems to me all he was interested I was profit margins not customer satisfaction. Secondly, Ron stated to me they have their own workers who do all their work. They don't contract out to other companies. This was a total fabrication. They hired a company called JWW Home improvement. This was the only good experience I had with this project. Not only are they experienced, they recommend things that needed to be done to do the project properly. it was done. They are especially competent, knowledgeable, answer all questions, and actually listen to the homeowner. I would recommend them highly. I did not feel the same about Pricerite at all. Thirdly, Roncalled me at 11AM on a Friday. morning to collect the second payment according to the contract. He showed up at my home at 8 pm. This made me very angry. What type of business person calls you at 11am and shows up at 8pm to collect money. What a poor business practice. In summary, I would never recommend this company to anyone in my community or the Strongsville area due to the way they treat their customers and their concerns. I will take responsibility for agreeing to the contract amounts but wouldn't a company respond to their customers issues to make them comfortable. I will tell all buyer beware and get bids from local companies for comparison. I feel like I was taken by a used car salesmen for profit margins who didn't address my concerns about price differences.

We've only had the roof for a week, but I waited until we had heavy rain to write this review. The roof held up well with no leaks or issues. It looks beautiful. We had to keep two box vents (instead of ridge vents) on one section of the house, and the box vents they installed match the color of the shingles, which was a nice touch. We got four estimates, and Price Rite was one of three that were in the same ballpark. We chose them in part because they offered the best warranty. They were transparent about potential additional costs when they did the tear-off and inspected for damaged wood. Once they started working, they told us how many panels needed to be replaced and the total cost before doing the work. They showed us pictures and invited us to climb up and see the damaged areas for ourselves. Ron was polite, respectful, and professional, and he was always quick to respond to a phone call or text. The installation crew was friendly and professional. They arrived on time and, although the job took longer than the one day that was planned, they returned the next morning and finished quickly. They covered our shrubbery with tarps and cleaned up thoroughly each day. We had no issues at all. Overall, we are pleased with Price Rite's work and would recommend them.

John showed up quickly, assessed the problem, explained my options to me in a very digestible way without any kind of pressure. He was kind, capable and fixed my roof that same day. I cannot express what a relief it was to have him handle it and for it to be done well. I had someone come for the same issue previously and the job was done so poorly that it needed to be redone. The garage needed new vinyl siding on the back side and exposed wood was enclosed and covered with aluminum. Gutters were installed on the garage that never had gutters before. I'm very pleased with the finished product on both structures. Installers were very nice, especially Joe who completed the garage extras. Cleanup was done very well and they took care with the surrounding areas covering everything up with tarps. Pricing was fair.

They were able to do the full roof replacement on my little house and some work on the detached garage all in one day (faster than expected). They replaced the chimney and vents with pieces that look a million times better. They went above and beyond in their work (craftsmanship, scope, and quality), and I can't spot one flaw. The team was so friendly and professional, and they get bonus points for being extra nice to my dog (they made her day). All that and they managed to stay in budget, and left the entire property spotless. You don't get that sort of performance without a great leader, so extra points for Eric and his management of both the work getting done and the clients. You really had no idea roofers were there when they left for the evening accept for the organized materials left to resume the next day. I could not believe how clean everything was when they were done, and Bob took the time to look it over with us before he was the last one to leave the site.
